I do wish that, when referencing a lease document, the link would take you to the exact page being referenced rather than just the first page of the document. It’s still helpful to have the correct document pulled up, but being able to jump directly to the specific page would be more beneficial. I’d also like the ability to enter future events (i.e., square footage changes, new Base Years, etc.) and assign an effective date so those changes automatically take effect at the right time. I find the regional customization of Leasecake limited, particularly with cost per square meter, which is more relevant in Mexico. What I like the most about leasecake is that the team can have all aspects for management and administration for leases. Going from having the essencial information such as significal dates, landlords information, critical clauses to have a full repository of all the documents relevant to your leases. Also you can manage your rent schedule including rent increases, payables and all the financial stuff needed to succeed.

It has an incorporated IA, Cakebot that is really helpful because it helps to analyse and extract all the information you need without the need to fully read all of your documents, and reports have never been easier as it has incorporated report templates that you can edit and adapt. In my personal experience, as a foreign user, Leasecake still has room for opportunity to adapt to different countries, as it is optimized for US users. It has grown and been developed non stop to improve the experience for foreign users, but adding the Contry code for example in telefone numbers.
