What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

Lease Accelerator has all the information in one place. This makes it easy to manage the data on hand. With Excel, linking data can cause errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?

Reports: Getting all the information needed in one report is difficult. It is necessary to pull multiple reports to get the information that is needed and then pivot or do vlookups between them. This can cause errors and takes a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm sorry to hear that the reporting functionality is giving you some frustration. I do know that we are constantly improving the platform, but I would recommend reaching out to support and letting them know. They are always looking for feedback for future upgrades/releases. If you haven't already, you can also check out the Success Center - it has a TON of information on a variety of topics. There may be some useful tips about reporting that could help!

What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

I like the constant communication from vendor to customer. I also appreciate the monthly check in from our Success Mgr even if there are not any open cases to review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?

One of the webinar presenters has the most annoying, sing song tone of voice and it makes it hard to focus on the information being communicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

While the ASC 842 guidance is very complicated, Lease accelerator helps to streamline and organize the process. I really love a one stop shop for all of my leasing inquiries. After a certain level of comfort I feel very efficient in Lease Accelerator and really don't have any issues navigating the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?

There is not much I dislike about Lease Accelerator. My only critique would be that it would be nicer if more information was required. Ie. Having supporting documents be required for each agreement. As someone who took over the tool after the person implemented it, I sometimes struggle with how they came to the conclusion of some classifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

It's a great system that holds lots of information. The downside is that, there is no training aides and places to find out issues. It also does not take credits and we have to go back and do several manual steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?

The Alex button at the bottom for help is cumbersome. You can not click ok or save because the Alex button is at the bottom. You have to minimize the screen and then click ok. When processing several payments this takes a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Entering a 1 month holdover to vary a lease has been an easy task, but that is about it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?

System does not seemed to be capable of handling the needs of our organization. Need ability to vary lease, and make more than one type of entry before submitting. Have to make a OTP entry before varying a lease, if multiple things need to happen in one month. Drop down options should be set to default when the same answers are selected the majority of the time. Need ability to rename documents once uploaded into REM. Need ability to view history of all changes made. Cannot make a negative entry to take a credit that a LL owes from a rent payment. What accounting system cannot handle a credit entry? What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

Let us get down to business. The pros about LeaseAccelerator are as follows;

>First the platform is pretty easy to use.It quite affordable, customizable and moreso easy to create.

>I find it easy to partake details about calculation that I perform easily by the help of this platform.

>For our reports it becomes easy to dine and modify them enhancing great documentation.

What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

LeaseAccelerators keeps our Lease portfolio under GASB 87 all in one place for our year-end GAAP audit. Also, it does the calculations such as net present value, depreciation, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LeaseAccelerators processes of creating a CIW (Company Import Workbook) and PIW (Portfolio Import Workbook) to enter the lease information and data into LAS can be long and cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All those calculations would definitely be a bit tricky in Excel! I'm not sure if there is a secret trick to making the CIW and PIW less cumbersome, but if there is, I'm sure it's in the Success Center. Have you checked that out yet? If not, be sure to do so.
