With the help of the Support Squad, I was able to manage the plateform and support my trainees, their managers with feedback on the progression of their employees and the rest of my teams. It's easy to use, easy to make changes to the course content and easy to implement. I found of number of interesting features that my sales representative were able to use has a selling tool. **What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?** The fact that the plateform is not bilingual (french-english). We had to build two different platforms to accomodate both our french and english learners, and therefore purchase two licences. **What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?** This course used to be given by a trainor. By moving this course on LearnWorld, we were able to offer our course to more people who can do the course at their own pace at a time that is more convenient for them. I wish LearnWorlds would make offers in "Reais" (R$) here in Brazil because the value of the dollar here fluctuates with a lot of frequency. Building professional-looking courses is made easy using LearnWorlds, and I've been really impressed with the response time and attitude of the customer service team. Although we only use a fraction of the available features (since we don't sell courses, but instead offer them to our current customers), I'd recommend this to anyone interested in implementing this tool for their business. **What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?** There are a few features I would like to see that aren't currently implemented. I feel like I have a development team by my side, so I don't get stuck on any confusing user setup issues. 3. Top-notch design templates: This school looks so professional. Sleek interactive designs. Easy-to-use templates. Blows away other online learning platforms. 4. Email automation! This is a game-changer. I no longer have to set up new emails for every new course launch. I can automate everything in the course ~ one and done! So simple and saves me so much time. PLUS...they integrate user tags with your general email service, so it's a breeze to keep track of your students. 5. Website, blog, and landing pages: Learnworlds lets you build out a full website -- including landing pages (with no header or footer for sales pages - yay!), a blog to populate with tons of content and SEO searchability...you can create pretty much any kind of page you want to support your work. So flexible and smart that I considered getting rid of my main website all together. 6. Student community: Learnworlds comes with a learners section, built-in social media, and inbox for students to correspond to each other. This is super helpful in building community and not forcing folks to use social media. 7. Without exageration--we have build on or test 40, at least. LearnWorlds is a standout on nearly every single metric. Our team always jokes that we can't believe everyone isn't on LearnWorlds. Learnworlds has, in simple words, made it possible for us to grow a multi-million business that our customers love. And I can't tell you how much of that is possible because LearnWorlds is a unicorn in the LMS industry. It provides the features of platforms four times its price. But their team goes farther: Constantly innovating. And innovating in ways that it's own clients are asking for. We run both a consumer-side training company and an enterprise-side training company. What other tool allows you serve all of those markets with incredible ease and features? Rich with features, very user friendly, best value for money, fantastic web builder. With the exam builder and video integration you don't need to use scorm. Links great with Vimeo and you tube. Excellent customer service. We have 5 schools, within a year turning over a significant profit. Other feature of the school include certificates, ebook builder, emails, bulk actions, too many features to name. **What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?** The only short comings Learnworlds have is that there is no ability to put expiry dates on certs, this a must have feature for compliance courses. The other issue is users can only purchase courses one at a time, no shopping cart. I was able to get all the tools I needed and excellent support when I was stuck. It did take me some time to learn the system but the support tools are very helpful - first, they have a self guided "class" that consists of short videos about how to get started. Second, whenever I hit a snag a simple search of "Learnworlds how to..." almost always led to a helpful, current article about the topic. Finally, when I needed to reach out to customer support a real person was very helpful in guiding me. Beyond that, Learn Worlds has tools and features I didn't know I needed. Since they have been in the business of providing paid courses it was very helpful to plug into their system without having to figure out how to do things myself (e.g. signup, payment, course creation, welcome emails, invoices, etc). My course looks better than I would have expected! One of my favorite features is the ability to add text and features to video content. So, instead of me just droning on I am able to add my log, text to support my ideas, and check-up breaks to get the user engaged and thinking about the content. **What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?** There is nothing I really don't like about Learn Worlds. I would say the experience of building my own business is much more complicated than I expected. So, this has taken me a large investment in time. But, I don't see this as Learn Worlds' issue. Although it was my own fault, Angeliki reached out ot the dev team and got the importat school recovered and reinstated, and they transferred my subscription. The platform is easy to use, especially if you are comfortable with word press and microsoft office. Their training and masterclass series are super helpful. The customer service is prompt and courteous. The follow up is great too. Only regret was not stopping in to introduce myself when I was in Athens. **What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?** While the innovations are fantastic and I enjoy the masterclass series, some of the training could be a little more in-depth. Specifically around marketing, funnels and integration. Maybe the opportunity to engage one on one and share screens to walk through the set up of the functionalities. Customer service is primarily through email so when dealing with new and complex concepts, the share screen tutorial/teaching would be very valuable. Though there are some limitations, most of the time we find a workaround. I am absolutely grateful to Konstantina Sachinidou for her incredible support, and intelligence in finding ways to improve the learning journey experience for our users we currently run 7 accounts and will add over 15+ more in the near future. **What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?** considering we have so many accounts, we need to use a different email address every time we create a new account, I wish we could use the same email address to open unlimited accounts. The other issue is that we have limitations when it comes to making the school available in multiple languages, especially if the languages have different writing orientations, as in from left to right or right to left. The gamification feature with the badges is also not customizable enough to be useful for us specifically as we have different targets and you can only change the photo/name of the badge but not the trigger. I also wish we had a feature of adding a library with downloadable materials that are easier and built-in, where we can dump in a bunch of content so users can go in and download photos, videos, and documents. Would be nice to also be able to share posts and achievements on social media through the platform. Finally, it will be nice to add an engagement feature for users to track their progress and excite them to complete they're learning journey, like a journey map that automatically updates and visualizes their progress everytime they complete a course they move across the map closer to the final goal. **What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use learnworlds to deliver engaging learning trainings for different segments and groups within our tourism and leisure community. ### 44. They were good, but I have found Learn Worlds to be a perfect fit for my business. The functionality is intelligent and focused on a clean UX. The platform is very easy to work with - both in terms of no-code design but also in terms of the flexibility. The Academy is excellent so it makes picking up new functionality a breeze. The support has been amazing. Raise a ticket and you'll have feedback very quickly. They are so proactive. **What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?** The only thing (for a small business) the price jump to the Learning Centre and Apps is material. It's worth it for what you get, but for a pre-revenue business that is funded on PA, it's an investment. But let me reiterate, the cost is worth it. **What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform has allowed me to get to market very quickly. The UX is clean. It would be good to have an option to automatically issue coupons / vouchers to clients when they pay for courses. My old platform had access to a smartphone app, so the ability to use one here was very useful. The amount of options there are for creating content is wide, relevant and varied. The recent development in implementing AI has been amazing. Whenever I have not been able to find the answer to my question in the comprehensive help centre, I have submitted a ticket. The response is always quick and accurate and the resolution is very quick and resolves the issue. A colleague asked for a new course and it was easily and rapidly created from existing and new content. I found LearnWorlds to be far superior in 'almost' every single aspect. Instead of taking weeks to develop a site that looked and performed great entirely, I could do it in less than five days. The dashboard is intuitive, and the excess of features is incredible. I was ecstatic to see that they offered direct connections to klarna and afterpay and that you could easily adjust your stripe integration to whatever you needed. The customer support team is also incredible, and they recently went above and beyond to solve a problem for me, which is why I'm here writing this review. But the best part for me was that it came with a built-in and fully functional affiliate system. I can't recommend this company enough to anyone in the digital education space. **What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?** The only thing I disliked so far is that there isn't yet an option to redirect the button on the course cards to go from the checkout page to a custom page that I would want to set up. The nature of Conquest Trader requires us to qualify potential students to make sure they're a good fit for our program and to ensure they'll be successful. **What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?** LearnWorlds has already solved 90% of my problems, and with their ever expanding list of in-house features, I'm sure they'll quickly be covering the other 10% so that it will be a one-stop shop for everything I need to best serve my students. ### 50.
