After using it now for five months, it is very easy to get around and the amount of integration is fantastic such as Google Analytics, Google tags, a host of marketing tools and so on. The course builder is is excellent and easy to use, once you get a little bit of experience. This has allowed us to move away from a third-party supplier of online training to develop our own material, which is now putting us as one of the premier suppliers of online health and safety training in Ireland. They do listen to customers and take on board their suggestions. The most recent being allowing customers to upload video, this is a game changer for us. **What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?** No group/umbrella management accounts available, for example, I want to set a client up with 50 courses for their employees and give them access to monitor their performance. There is no ability to upload multiple users and assign a course to them at the same time, this can be quite laborious and time-consuming, while we can upload multiple users, we have to go in and individually assigned a course to them. There is an option to send the details to learnworlds and they will do it for you, however, this takes five days, my customers want to train a lot quicker than that. **Recommendations to others considering LearnWorlds:** Give it a try you won't regret. Start with the Pro version then upgrade to the Learning Centre. Do look around before you buy there are many websites that have honest comparisons. We were looking for a number of months before we found Learnworlds, there are other LMS that appear to be comparable however look into the features they all have to offer as they are not all the same. There is a free trial we started with the free trial but upgraded almost instantly, we did find vouchers online which we used to get a discount off the first 2 months. **What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows me to develop build my own content with full control over my LMS. ### 4. The templates are well designed and easy to use and they are still customisable. It is very easy to build the courses. It is also fairly easy to build the email marketing around the courses and there are a number of blogs/articles that help new users like myself to become familiar. The education provided by LearnWorlds in general and guidance on how to best use the platform is of high quality. The team at Learnworlds is very responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?** nothing.... there are maybe a few features that still need to be developed but overall the platform is great. One of those feature that would help me in particular is if it would be possible to limit the number of courses someone could access during their month of registration. **Recommendations to others considering LearnWorlds:** Look no further, just get stuck in. Also a chat feature is not available with the support team which is much better in my opinion, because you get answers much faster, you speak only to 1 person and your ticket is not going from hand to hand. Even if you have to wait to get the support desk to chat with you, you can see the queue number and just know when you'll get an answer, and do work on something else while waiting. **Recommendations to others considering LearnWorlds:** This platform is really great! intuitive, fun and without all kind of bugs slowing you down. I find it really stable. The editing mode is always fast compared to other platforms which can become really slow if your page gets busy. The design templates are amazing and really help you to create an elegant website and give you some good design foundations. The quality of the support is great as well although I miss a chat feature with the support desk for faster response. The list of features is huge so I really feel that my school can expand in time and I am in good hand! And honestly, l have been using wix, tilda, clickfunnels, shopify, wordpress, teachable and thinkific and none of them gives me the autonomy, pleasure, style and simplicity that Learnworlds provides! thanks to the team for this amazing platform which saved me a lot of frustration! **What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?** selling all my courses on one platform, and having great design possibilities and many features to expand my school. ### 6. I like the website authoring tools that let you customize your pages and look & feel, but there are some major limitations that make no sense. The selection of lesson activity types is impressive, though it's missing some that should be obvious. It seems like they just wanted to have a LOT of features, but they skimped on flexibility, usability and quality. **What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?** Quality is terrible. It randomly deletes lesson activities that we spent hundreds of hours creating, there's no way to back up or copy to save your work, so it's just gone. Lessons will get into a state where you can't make any changes to them and you have to contact support to fix them (which takes 3-5 days). If you are working to deadlines, or if you don't want to have to constantly re-create your work, this is not the platform for you. Since we launched the platform has twice deleted our content without warning and then locked us out of making changes. Both times we were up against deadlines with affiliate partners and we had marketing queued up. This destroyed our credibility with our partners and led to potentially tens of thousands of dollars in lost revenue. Finally, even at the highest plan level ($249/month) they do not offer phone support, and their email support response times are terrible. It takes 2 days to get a response, and then they play the "did you try this" game with you, randomly throwing out things to try that have no chance of actually working, and wasting 2 days each time you have to tell them "no, that didn't work." **Recommendations to others considering LearnWorlds:** Stay away from this platform. Although at first glance, it seems to have a wide range of features, when you dive into it, you notice two things immediately: (1) They have "skimped" on the features by not including obvious settings that would make the features actually useful For example, you can create coupons to offer discounts, but you can never edit a coupon after you create it. So, if you want to extend the expiration date, or increase the usage limit, you're completely out of luck. Another example, they have a WYSIWYG web page editor with lots of content templates, but you can't change the layout of any of the templates. So, if you want to add an extra paragraph of text below an image or a button, you can't just add a text box. Yet another example: often you may have lesson activities that are similar, so it would be really fast to just duplicate one and make some changes. Unfortunately LearnWorlds does not support copying/duplicating much at all, including course content, coupons, discounts, subscriptions, etc. where it would be extremely useful and time-saving to do so. (2) They have skimped on quality. The system has failed twice on us in the lead up to launch deadlines that we had coordinated with business partners. We had marketing lined up and ready to go, and at the last minute the LearnWorlds platform randomly deleted many of our lesson activities, randomly changed the order of activities within lessons and then refused to allow us to change the order back or add back the content. Clicking "Save" literally did nothing at all. What's worse, support takes days to respond, and wastes your time with preliminary questions (all over extended email back-and-forth cycles because they don't offer phone support). For the price they charge compared to other online learning platforms, you would expect their software quality and support to be industry leading. Instead, it will destroy your business and your brand. **What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?** Create a business selling online professional development courses for educators. If the platform actually worked, our marketing is actually generating good leads and customers. However, it is hard to translate that into revenue when the platform is constantly buggy and content is being randomly deleted. ### 7. We have two courses online and we are still discovering functionalities. Our experience first with the commercial staff and now with the support have been beyond excellent. Some support tickets receive an answer within a few hours. Because of the possibilities of the platform and the constantly improved functionalities, the support is necessary and doing a great job. The coupon system is fantastic and works very well. Still waiting to discover the blog and affiliation areas ! **What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?** If your main language is not English (French in our case), you'll have a big job translating many things. Apparently this is becoming better and better. There are still bugs here and there, some more annoying than others but we have had no major hiccup so far. Your website will end up looking excellent... Putting the course online is a straight forward process and the integration with Stripe is extremely easy to implement. They stay in the initial class video library, meaning I need to ensure they link to that library. We've been able to completely pivot to change our business model and we've seen far better grades from students moving to the new online model. The LearnWorlds team we straight on to the issue for us and tweaked the player to suit our needs, saving us over 80 hrs or re editing and rendering time. I like custom design and protection of the video by adding people's emails on the screen. It really helps. I love a possibility to write API code in order to register participants immideately after they purchased a product in our CRM system. **What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?** As for me, design for lpages should be more custom. I would like to use differet logos and have an opportunity to insert more blocks like in Tilda. **What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?** LearnWorlds offers a good price for us considering all functions. However, we do not sell courseson this LMS, otherwise the price will beevent cheap. It is great that I can upload a video in the system, add it to the lesson without using any hostings. Also, I like an opportunity to implement online certificate of completion, it saved my time. ### 46. Two people can't edit the same page at the same time.
