**What do you like best about LearnWorlds?**

I think LearnWorlds is easy to navigate. I like the tools available, just the layout, and how it helps me work out the courses. The AI support and interactive video capabilities are exciting. The platform itself is quite rich with features, including statistics and reports, making it very robust. It's great for marketing and communication, and I appreciate the inclusion of blogs. Overall, these elements make LearnWorlds a valuable tool for my academy.

**What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?**

Well, there's a learning curve like for anything else. I was underutilizing the help center. I don't know if the help center could be more integrated in the process, but it's there. Maybe my main concern would be I wish there were a free consultant or services for a free consultant as someone is kicking off getting started and then if they needed more help, one on one, then we could pay or hire for a specialist. It'd be great to have someone help them by launch day, and then thereafter if they need more help, to then pay for the service.

**What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnWorlds lets me create courses from accumulated knowledge, supporting communication with patients and the community. It saves me time as a busy physician and engages the audience, potentially expanding reach and retention.

**What do you like best about LearnWorlds?**

I appreciate how LearnWorlds acts as a vehicle we use to get our training message across effectively. It's been good for us in developing a community where we interact as like-minded professionals. We get email prompts about enrollments, which is a wonderful experience, allowing us to welcome new people with ease. The hands-off experience lets me focus on chemistry, removing the technical hassle of enrolling people. I've also sensed it's giving us credibility because we don't face technical issues, and when there is an issue, the support team resolves it quickly, which I value. I'm thrilled with how the course structures can be set up in modules, allowing people to interact and ask questions. Their platform also enables inserting quizzes and issuing certificates, giving learners a sense of achievement, which I value as a trainer. Overall, I've had a great experience, recommending it as I love it.

**What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?**

We struggled a little bit in setting up the process, especially in transitioning from another job into doing this full-time. However, most difficulties were resolved by reading blogs and attending webinars. I'm currently struggling with payment gateways because Stripe is not active in my region and people don't necessarily use PayPal. I'm trying to find another integration that is more suited to our region, like a mobile money integration. If I were to mention a struggle, it would have to be on the payment gateways.

LearnWorlds lets me focus on my chemistry skills by handling technical enrollment tasks, ensuring a hands-off experience. It also helps build a professional community and provides easy communication with enrollment prompts. Its reliable support adds credibility, and the course setup with quizzes and certifications is beneficial.

**What do you like best about LearnWorlds?**

I really love the feature set of LearnWorlds. It's amazing compared to our old learning platform. Every time I think of something I'd love to be able to do, a quick search shows that it's available, and over a year in, in still finding even more features. The functionality is fantastic. Also, the support has blown my mind. Whenever I have a question - be it technical, product-related, or general - LearnWorlds is always there to help, getting back to me within twenty-four hours. That's just amazing. Additionally, it integrates well with both Stripe for our payment system and Quaderno, our tax management system. The setup was really easy too; LearnWorlds provides an amazing step-by-step guide, but the platform is so intuitive, I didn't really need to reference it much.

**What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?**

A little flexibility with administrator roles would probably be helpful. It would be useful to have a few more administrator-level roles that can be locked into certain courses only.

LearnWorlds enhances our learning programs with a comprehensive feature set that meets all our needs. I am not an L&D professional, but have familiarity with HR and training more broadly. The platform is very intuitive and does not feel too "niche".

When moving quickly between tasks, like updating multiple course activities, the load time can be slow.

LearnWorlds is our product knowledge base and central repository for client-facing and internal documentation, assisting with training new client admins during implementation and support. It gives the ability to train client admins across multiple methods (video, job aids/step-by-step guides, informational and text based learning).

I am using LearnWorlds for long time and it give us interactive video features, quizzes, buttons, notes inside videos and many more. LearnWorlds provide all in one online course and its creation tools. It is easy to use and my team frequently using it to create coupons, funnels etc.

Learnworlds provide us automation & integration like stripe, paypal and strong customer support. Nothing to dislike about it

**What do you like best about LearnWorlds?**

This platform is very well organized and user-friendly. I really liked it when I first started to use it as a beginner. It is very accessible, all the features and buttons are well organized and you can easily find any setting to get yourself through this website.

**What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?**

I think the design section of the editing page could be better. I mean they should improve the editorial features like fonts, adding text, changing colors, moving the pictures side to side ... etc. These features could be little bit easier or even visually improved. When I first wanted to insert a photo, I searched for the tool and could not move it to the right or left until I found out how and the whole idea of inserting the photo was kind of challenging.

**What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this platform we were able to teach around 50 individuals with our e-learning modules. They found it easy to complete the tasks and do the tests with almost no difficulty. Through this platform we were able to track their presence, marks, activity, intensity of their learning, knowledge and etc. We were able to track the best candidates for our upcoming projects through the data this platform provided us.

LearnWorlds beneficial features: 
1) Ease of importing & integrating data into organized sections and activities
2) The option to Use & incorporate YouTube videos
3) Ease to setup a course
4) Support how to videos and how to step by step site.  Great resource! 
5) Template examples for course pages & ease to edit the templates & assign to courses.

Note:  I have more features to explore i.e. badging, reporting, & community

**What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?**

LearnWorlds could improve as follows:
1) Provide a better way to navigate between backend course manager admin view & front end user view, it is very hard to move back & forth.  I have to keep the Admin section open in other tab and use the  'right click' option to open views in another tab.

2) Should allow for the creation of course certificates within Learnworlds and not have an external sejda from option.   Include it within Learnworlds.

3) Wish there was a way to offer and build a sticky search on the back end Admin side for example.  I want to only see courses for International and not have to see and filter all courses  when I need to focus on a set of course outside of the USA.    I do filter on categories, however this search does not save. Thus, I need to re-create each time.

Allows more flexibility and improved user experience to showcase and navigate courses.  

Hoping the reporting ability will be better per course, set of courses and per country to understand user engagement.

I've been loving learnworlds for the 2 years I've been using it to build courses for both individual customers and corporate clients. I recently had a DNS / technical issue that I was struggling with. I reached out to customer support and they not only responded within hours, they gave a super detailed explanation for the solution with screenshots and everything. Great platform, great service, I'll be using it for years!

Has a ton of integrations, but still missing a few that I'd love, like Hubspot (for CRM and email)

**What do you like best about LearnWorlds?**

Creating an LMS may appear overwhelming; however, if your platform becomes your partner in the building process, you are able to accomplish your goals. In addition to Learnworlds many offerings, their support team and academy offer rich assistance as you create.  I know that I have access to help, so I don't hesitate to make an effort. We offer courses for teens and adults, and Learnworlds platform accommodates this wide range of learners. The community board operates as a social media addition, which is a great way to keep customers on your site. We don't need to consider a Facebook group page for engagement. Being able to incorporate our Stripe account is another helpful tool. Lastly, the pricing fit our budget as a new company.

**What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?**

That's a difficult question. Perhaps I'd like more cost effective add-ons for our account. There are great data sources, but sometimes an upgrade is needed to access some options.

**What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learnworlds solved our engagement problem. We needed to make learning interesting. The site doesn't become mundane. The creative website options like colors, images, popups and more draw users to the site. We can add videos and PDF files, but also use Learnworlds questionnaires and lesson recap templates just to name a few. We also love being able to incorporate the community page throughout a course to have learners engage with each other.

**What do you like best about LearnWorlds?**

LearnWorlds is designed for today's education teams who need to build and iterate on content rapidly without needing to engage in prolongued development processes that result in SCORM files. LearnWorlds is flexible and straightforward, easy enough for anyone to develop in unblocking companies cross departmentally. Compared to the old tools my teams velocity has increased by at least 50% in all cases and we no longer need to rely on a web developer as well. This self contained tool empowers Education leaders. The support team is immediately responsive and helpful and we were able to implement and deploy without needing any hand holding.

**What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?**

This is not dislike, just fact - LearnWorlds has many integrations and a few key ones (Marketo, Salesforce) are absent. These are also expensive integrations so the absence keeps the cost down. Not a dislike, a balanced fact.

**What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnWorlds is our single source of truth for education, it is our standard learning platform across the company allowing us to build engaging programming and issue badges and certifications to employees, customers and prospects.

LearnWorlds offers absolutely everything that we could ask for in terms of an online learning platform, from content-offerings to data reports, and user access to integration opportunities, it has it all! Most importantly, though, the support that we receive from everyone that we have reached out to at LearnWorlds has impressed us every single time. We are a company that came to LearnWorlds with very unique set of needs, but they said, "No problem!" at every item, idea,  and request that we came up with in our conversations.

We have been on the LearnWorlds platform for a year, and we have not found anything that we dislike at this point.

**What do you like best about LearnWorlds?**

LearnWorlds has a good UX/UI build, and I find it easy to navigate and use.
The multitude of features allows me to fulfill the needs of my team and my creativity. Even though the tool is big, it doesn't take a long time to learn it, thanks to the many tutorials you can find online and the help of onboarding.
I like the possibility of creating coding courses. Many normally hardcoded things are editable, which allows me to customize the space to a very small degree.

The team is happy and using the tool at set intervals

**What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?**

Sometimes, I find bugs, but nothing I can't live with. If there is something that needs to be taken care of, LearnWorlds communication is great and we solved everything we came upon so far.

Comparing to standard corporate LMS I have an indefinitely more freedom to create spaces I wanna see. I also enjoy nolveties you guys implement, they seem to fit us a lot. I like that I can embed things and therefore connecting a lot of external sources inside the course.

**What do you like best about LearnWorlds?**

Learnwords is the best value for money if you plan to move your employee training online.
It has all the features needed including a training matrix, for which I was waiting for a while :). The interface is very easy to use and very intuitive.
The whole process from purchase to implementation is self-explanatory and simple.
I know that there is many integrations on the platform, however, I didn't use them for my purpose
Customer support, regardless of the plan you purchase is excellent.
I highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?**

What bothers me is that it is not possible to switch off features related to sales when you use the platform for private trainings :(

**What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For employee training main problem is consistency and accessibility  of training material due to time constrains and learnwords solved both of those issues.
Materials - text and videos are accessible to everyone giving them the same information and having it online gives employees and managers frlexibiliy on planning when training can take place, without having to coordinate employees schedules with trainer availability

**What do you like best about LearnWorlds?**

We have been a LearnWorlds client since 2020 and really appreciate our experience thus far in using LearnWorlds as our LMS for our Kidpower Online Learning Center.  We also deeply appreciate the consistent quality, timely responses, and thorough support we have been receiving both from each member of the LW Support Squad along with the unique and high quality guidance and advice of our Customer Success Manager, Brett Hamilton, now Customer Success Team Lead.

**What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?**

No platform is perfect. Yet, even with imperfections, the LW team is attentive to feedback from clients like us (we are a learning center level client). They are atune to our needs and our goals. I have seen repetedly over the years how they build their new future roadmaps based on their customers' needs and requests. They fix bugs quickly and provide clear input and possible solutions when a problem or requested feature cannot be implemented or, at least, not in the short term. In my book, this is all a plus in an LMS!

**What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having our LMS hosted by LearnWorlds allows Kidpower International to greatly increase our reach in teaching 'People Safety' skills to people all over the world. Because of the ease of use of the LearnWorlds' platform, this allows our very small production team to create many, many resources effectively in ways that increases the accessibility of what we teach for our learners.

I enjoy the interface, look, and options of the LMS.

**What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?**

In no particular order:
1. An auto-save option would be helpful.  It could be turned on/off at the user's discretion.
2. When working in a course, and you return back to the course outline page, it populates to the top of the outline and not where you were last viewing.  For example, if working in the fourth section of a course, if you return to the course outline page, it will return back to the first section.
3. Not user-friendly in some areas; does not click on what you expect it to take you to.  For example, when reordering slides, the slides do not stay where they are placed.  
4. Widgets are only able to be added from another widget, not as a stand alone option.
5.  It is cumbersome to delete/add slides, widgets, sections.
6. Items do not copy/paste as they should.  For example, If you try to copy/paste in the text box or on the actual content space, it will paste the information wherever it decides to.
7. Font options are needed.
8. Fonts change on their own and there is extreme difficulty changing fonts back to the original font.  Have had to delete and start over several times.
 9.  Would be helpful to change test assessment format without retyping the question.  For example, If the question is listed as multiple choice with answers, but I want to change it to multiple choice check all that apply.
10.  It would be helpful for the title and section title to be at the top when making edits.  For example, when making edits to section 1 post-survey, section 1 post-survey should be at the on the edit page.  This will help with identifying the section that is being edited.

**What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnWorlds gives us the opportunity reach a larger audience and provide live and asynchronous learning opportunities.

The whole Learnworlds experience was very positive, a lot of templates, easy setup process and ready to use features. When I tried to finish my course and setup the enrollment process, I had several questions that I could not solve myself. So I contacted the customer support- Not only did Stavroula ‎from the Tech Support Squad answer very fast, but she also took the time to record three deeply personalized loom videos to show me exactly what to do. After the first two, some questions remained and she took the time to record a third one and directly answered all my questions and showed how to solve my problem in my account. That was very helful! I could easily follow along.

This is the best customer support I ever had so far! Personal, fast and to the point.

It has literally everything needed for launching and running your learning platform. We're using it as a content management system + website for an in-person academy but we could have easily used it for a fully online experience. The pricing also is quite apppropriate and is not related to the number of transactions. Setting things up was easy, support was fast when needed. So far, we've found few glitches along the way. The wealth of features and the ability to customize (especially translate everything into different languages) are great.

**What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?**

There is a huge jump in cost between the two middle plans, and I would appreciate having bulk edit/import features for users at the slightly lower middle tier.

Setting up a truly multilingual experience is a bit difficult since you cannot upload a whole file of translated keys but have to enter them manually. And for several languages at once, you have to use Weglot.

I needed a comprehensive platform to set up an online school (with a website builder, LMS, user access management, payments, and the ability to translate it into a small language). Learnworlds did it all, at a reasonable price.

When you contact their support desk, they respond 24/7, including on weekends, and usually solve issues within 24 hours. They also conduct research and provide recommendations for third-party services. Overall, their service is very sincere. You will see their dev team add new functions quite often to meet your demands.

A glitch can occur occasionally, but it can usually be resolved quickly by consulting with LW support team.

We as a security company struggled to efficiently train many staff members with complex scenarios. LW has made it easier for us to train staff online, track their records and give certificates to them automatically. 
We also wanted to sell some of our courses to the public. We used to use trainual, and we were unable to sell our courses. Now with LW, we can sell our courses easily and track the sales records.

**What do you like best about LearnWorlds?**

Learnworlds allows you to build a beautiful website, classes, and community under one roof.  If you want a one stop place to do all of these things at a very reasonable price, this is the place to do it.  I did a lot of research and have extensive experiences with other LMS systems, and I definitely recommend LW over all others.  

The website builder is exceptional, you can make a really nice modern website that is very flexible, in a few hours.  I've been extremely happy with that.  The courses similarly allow you to design them almost any way that you want to, with tons of options.  They host their own videos which is really nice, since you don't have to go to Vimeo or others to host.  I love the fact you can duplicate classes or import parts of classes into other classes, this can save a lot of time.

The community section needs some work but I have faith that LW will eventually make this as polished as other digital communities - the benefit is that it comes included so you don't have another subscription and website to manage.  I really like how the community is integrated into each class.  (You get a separate forum that shows up right in the class.). 

I have a lot of experience with Kajabi (currently manage a large school in it) and for the most part, I think LW has a lot more features.  Kajabi tends to be somewhat easier to use, but it's less powerful.  Kajabi is a LOT more expensive.  Kajabi has better customer service (it's live), but you are paying a pretty penny for that.   Kajabi doesn't host your videos.  Kajabi's website builder and course builder is much much less sophisticated.  Kajabi does let you do nicer group emails, it can take the place of an email program, where Learnworlds can only send out basic emails to students.  Kajabi is much more bombproof, in that random things don't seem to happen there, unlike LW which can be buggy.

**What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?**

It's quirky as heck.  Photos disappear.  The community section, while it's pretty good, needs a lot of basic functionality (like responding to comments and hashtags), and is very buggy.  Students randomly are unable to post or comment due to their system software.  You have to learn its quirks for sure.  This can be very frustrating for students.  

They market that you can do Zoom meetings right from their classes, but this isn't really true, as the Zoom client when run from the integrated class page is extremely basic and frustrating for people who are used to Zoom.  Their calendar is not useful at all if you are running a large number of repeating classes. I got around that by embedding an actual calendar from Elfsight which links to my class pages.  

I HATE the focus on AI.  The last thing the world needs is more scammy low quality classes built by AI.  I nearly didn't use LW because of it, but all of the LMS's are going this direction now, to appeal to the lowest common denominator. 

One big disadvantage to be aware of is that you have to back up all your videos - we were going from Zoom directly to LW and that was a big no no because we didn't have a copy of our videos (stupid, I know).  Now we know that we need to pay for storage and back them all up somewhere.  LW customer service was great though and allowed us to re-download them.  But you can't assume LW is your backup cloud server.

I think they need to re-vamp their pricing structure - there are a few advanced options I would happily pay for but there's a huge leap from about $80 a month to $250 a month and most of the $250 a month items I wouldn't use.  It would probably be a nightmare for them, but an ala carte system would make them more money and allow their users to pick and choose.  I'd happily pay for things like automations, but wouldn't give them a dime for the AI features (which I am paying for by default).

I'm pretty tech savvy and I do like LearnWorlds, but it does take a great deal of patience and thinking out of the box to get it to be where you want it to be (as does most software, if you have specifics in mind and are going beyond the basics).

I was looking to design an entirely new school based on live and recorded classes, and Learnworlds covered most of what I needed under one site.

It offers courses and subscriptions, and it's totally versatile. In my case, I needed a subscription with some courses not on sale individually, and other premium subscriptions may include other services as 1:1 mentoring, group sessions, etc.
Having also unlimited course creation makes it the only solution in the market that integrates everything I need.
They also had a complete migration service from Teachable, including the students progress for each course, and it made the migration absolutely smooth and successfull for the students. They all migrated to the new platform without issues.

The support team is fantastic. Twice I've had a problem and submitted a ticket to the support team and called it a day. By the time I came back, they either resolvbed my problem or  told me how to do what I was trying to do.

This platform is so powerful and yet still manageable for someone just learning how to create websites and courses. The help area is so robust and thorough without being overwhelming - I hardly ever need help from a real person, but when I do, I get a response lightning fast! With how cutting edge LearnWorlds is, I'm so impressed that it's not glitchy, slow, or overcomplicated. It's so flexible, and I can make my site exactly what I want it to be. I'm loving it more the more I use it!

I really want a search and filter function for course activities, not just courses. We have a lot of resources over all of our courses and our users are going to want to search for specific things. Being able to tag activities with multiple tags and then allow for search and filter by those tags would truly make this my dream platform!

**What do you like best about LearnWorlds?**

I use Learnworlds for my educational academy in the Dutch language field. An extremely strong side of Learnworlds is the internal coherence of designing a good academy on the one hand with smart analytics and marketing options at the back on the other. For example, I really like the ability of automatic tags to segment users and then provide them with a personalized user experience. The options to send module users targeted, automated or otherwise, messages are also very good. The system is continuously developed based on customer wishes and that always offers me new opportunities to make it better for my users.

The customer service is particularly service-oriented and friendly. Bottlenecks that I have encountered are handled carefully.

You can't categorize products like an E-book or an Online Course separately.  
To have an own category for ebooks would be very useful.

The platform has really lifted the quality of our online learning material.  
I like the front end user experience, the ease to enrol users, and the quality of the resources you can put on the platform - in particular the videos, ebooks and other online tools.
The platform is also very easy to get used to - help by learning resources to get you up to speed.
We use the platform extensivery with corporate customers and now are working on BtoC marketing.

After conducting an extensive comparison of various course creation platforms, I chose LearnWorlds, primarily for its unique feature that allows embedding questions directly into videos—a tool I believed would greatly benefit my students. 

Now, entering my second year with LearnWorlds, my experience has only grown richer. There are companies in the course creation market that offer comparable services, but what sets LearnWorlds apart is their customer service.  

As someone relatively new to building online courses, my journey was full of questions and uncertainties. Yet, the LearnWorlds team has been nothing short of extraordinary. Their dedication to going above and beyond in service has been evident at every turn. I had my exam prep business on a WordPress site but it eventually failed and had to be replaced.  LearnWorlds is considerably more expensive than WordPress but certainly more reliable as well.

It's the most full-featured LMS product on the market outside of (maybe) a custom WordPress build. They are constantly upgrading and improving, which I love to see (and experience). When we do have customer support questions we get all the help we need. Oh, and the native integrations are wonderful.

**What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?**

There's a steep learning curve in some areas, but I expected that because it can be used for courses, coaching,  events, website, etc. We use it every day, but sometimes we forget how to do stuff, so we've created a lot SOPs. Sometimes the web-based help docs aren't as comprehensive as we'd like.

**What problems is LearnWorlds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an online class platform that also had community chat, deep email marketing integrations, and provided a great learning environment. We have an online marketing membership for service-based businesses. We have live classes via Zoom (all scheduled and published on Learnworlds), and this year we are going to start using it for coachign/consulting as well. It handles all of my needs for managing classes and the membership without having to manage a WordPress website, which, even though technically I have the skills to do it myself, I did not want to. I love having Learnworlds manage security, customer service, stability, and the upgrades/improvements are off the hook.

We wanted to create an online school to share with a range of users (some with high technical knowledge and some without) quickly and easily. Learnworlds allowed us to do this in a cost-effective way relatively quickly.

The customer support is always amazing and quick. They are friendly and a few times, even though all they did was point us to the help files, it was in a friendly and helpful way.

The plan we have is not as customisable as we would like. The website editing features are a bit clunky

We run a large online school for all school teachers in our country. It allows us to link large disparate groups of customers to a lot of resources quickly and easily. There are many opportunities for free training and assistance in building your platform and the support team is very responsive. I work on most all of the learning platforms as a course builder for clients, and I recommend LearnWorlds as my first choice.

They are always kind and follow through- Especially my recent experience with Stavroula. Even though they try to handle everything with email you can still call them on the phone which can save time with confusing time senstive issues

When I first built my website on learn worlds they always offered phone support and screen-shares on zoom to quickly to resolve issues without the back and forth of emails and taking endless screen shots. Then during covid they started to discourage phone calls and tried to make all tech support email only which can be much more complicated and take longer than jumping on a zoom or quick call to resolve.

Shopify checkout because I also have physical products I need to ship. It would be easier to be able to do it all on learn World but, they don't offer shipping for physical products

The support is very good. We're on the Pro Pan, so just email support but I always get a reply with a resolution within a day, sometimes sooner. And the team are friendly too. Way better than some other LMS platforms.

They are always adding new features and services, great value for money.

The next level after the Pro plan is a bit high in price. The text editor is a bit fiddly.

Publishing courses - we're much easier to find on Google than using other LMS's
