"Intuitive, Flexible, and Exceptionally User-Friendly Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

What I like best about LearnUpon is how intuitive it is for both learners and admins. It’s easy to create and manage courses, track progress with clear reporting, and the support team is quick and helpful when you need them. I also appreciate the flexibility to use different content types and set up tailored learning paths for different groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

There’s very little I dislike about LearnUpon. Gamification and some advanced customisation can be a bit tricky to set up, but overall it’s very user-friendly and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Platform with Top-Tier Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

We like that LearnUpon LMS provides one central location for learning resources and development, making it easy to follow. The ability to customize and craft the learner's experience is something I appreciate. The landing page and navigation are super, and the reporting features are top-tier, with the ability to create quick custom reports. Reports can be detailed or broad and specific to learner, course, team, or any other variable. The platform offers better support and much better reporting compared to others like 360Learning. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

We are always open to more ability to customize and self-brand, but what's available is already better than most other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Platform with Excellent Customer Service"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

Customer Service is excellent. They consistently upgrade the platform and introduce new features. The product is intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

The least helpful features are the resource page (some people have issues finding things), search feature (searches only pulling up courses that start with the searched word/inability to pull courses that just contain that word), and limiting items per page to 10. None of these are deal-breakers, but we'd love it if they were improved upon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Cost-Effective LMS with Easy Course Uploads"
4/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

Very intuitive LMS, easy to upload courses via integrations (EasyGenerator, for example), quick and cost-effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

It does glitch at times and has bugs which take some time to fix (eg: assessment pages auto-submitting without the learner attempting the test). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Onboarding, Needs Better Course Management"
4/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

I enjoy the simplicity of LearnUpon LMS. Once it's set up, I don't have to worry about each new hire and their onboarding training. It's easy to upload them into the groups they need, and the system enrolls them in all the courses they require. Additionally, I like that managers can view their employees' progress without needing me to check for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

I don't like the organization on the back end, like how it just lists courses by the date they were created, instead of letting us organize them into folders. When creating new items in a course, I think it would be better if we returned to the course section we were in rather than navigating back to it, as it's just an unnecessary step. Updating quizzes or knowledge exams could be a bit easier, as it’s usually a little time-consuming. There was also a learning curve for leaders who wanted to upload training because there were too many options to choose from, making the instructor role a bit obsolete since I now do all the uploading. "Dependable Tool with Streamlined Features"
4/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

I like that the new User Interface of LearnUpon LMS has a clean, sleek look, which I find aesthetically pleasing. The filter on the Catalog page being more prominent is a big plus, making it easier for users to find specific courses quickly. As an admin, the 'set all as completed' button is a real time-saver, especially when handling hundreds of people and certificates, as it simplifies repetitious tasks like enrollments and marking complete. The integration with Zoom has also been exciting because it streamlines hosting webinars and makes processing attendees and certificates feel effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

The Live Learning feature is forced as the old ILT system is not going to be supported. Live Learning is great for courses that are offered frequently, but for those offered once a year or bi-annually, it is not as clear about posted dates in the Catalog view. It also requires more steps and feels like doing tasks twice instead of streamlined for the behind the scenes setup. We could use more bulk features for downloading certificates for Group Managers or downloading by a whole course or agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient User Management, Challenging UI"
3.5/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

I appreciate how LearnUpon LMS makes it easier to track compliance across a wide network. Users are super easy to set up and assign to groups, which is a huge time-saver, especially when we have a lot of users starting at the moment. I love being able to add one group and having them enrolled in all the courses they need. Creating courses is also easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

The UI is quite complicated and clunky, our users have a lot of trouble navigating it. I would like custom ways to sort courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-friendly Interface"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

LearnUpon is very user-friendly, both from a manager/admin standpoint, and a user/learner standpoint. Creating courses is easy, and going through a course/learning path is simple and self explantory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

There aren't a ton of customizations, and the reporting tool could use some updating. The guidelines can seem a bit rigid, not allowing you to necessarily pull all the data you are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly but Needs Smoother Live Learning Setup"
2/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

I find LearnUpon LMS to be user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for users who aren't tech-savvy. I really like the resource library, as it allows for easy access to documents associated with the course, and makes downloading them straightforward. This feature is particularly beneficial as I can find the majority of answers I need online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

The new updates with the live learning came with a lot of challenges, and the settings weren't intuitive like they were previously. It could be a lot easier to set up, similar to how it was before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Our LearnUpon Journey!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

The customer support and service we receive is second to none. We are great to be a part of the new features and functionality as they release. Integration with EasyGenerator is also really good, even if we haven't fully utilised it yet. Using LearnUpon is straight forward, and the community helps iron out any questions we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

Sometimes there are tasks that should be intuitive, but are not so. Our rep is always helpful in finding ways to solve our issues. It also feels like it is easy to become cluttered with multiple versions of assets, as no great way of easy maintenance was communicated initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
