We were able to get great onboarding help to set up our e-learning instance of the Learnster, and to configure it to support selling e-learning courses to our customer. Now I have been thinking for 10 minutes - I can't think of anything I don't like about Learnster. All the features are there plus more, they are quick to provide feedback and help when needed, and are always open to new features and ways of working on the platform. Our CSM has been truly amazing during our Learnster journey. Our experience with him has exceeded our expectations. The platform itself was easy to take into use. There are plenty of guidance and support what is essential so that we can solve issues also on our own. The tool kit for course design is super good. The minor bugs or feedback regarding the functionalities has been taken into consideration and it gives us the impression that Learnster is just as development-oriented platform like we are.
