Community, apps and structure A built-in community with feed, forums, levels and badges runs on the same platform and in native iOS and Android apps with push notifications. Product bundles, learning paths and time-based unlocks control who gets access to which content and when. Granular permissions with more than 150 individual rights, SSO and the LearningSuite Orbit for managing multiple instances with one login support larger organizations. Proof of training and compliance Progress per course and learner, completion data per lesson with timestamps, and export and API access provide audit-ready training records. LearningSuite is GDPR-compliant and hosted on EU servers, with videos stored in Germany and backed up daily.
