Sometimes I get a response right away, but other times it takes a full day, or two, or even a week if the concern has to be forwarded to another person on their team. I think I waited a couple of weeks for a recent request. On rare occasions, the customer support solution doesn't work, or isn't sufficient for my needs. I end up finding a better solution on my own. I don't always like having to wait 24 - 48 hours to have a plugin installed. There are times when I wish I could install a plugin right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Often, it is just a setting adjustment that we figure out on our own. We reach out to OpenLMS when we've tried everything we can think of (and/or have researched to find an answer online). There are issues that crop up that we do not have access to investigate because of our limited admin permissions.
