It allows us to produce guides for some of our more common processes that can torpedo our working day if we have to answer multiple questions on them. The guides are extra helpful because the walkthrough nature of OnScreen means that the employee not only learns how to do the task, but actually completes the task while they are going through the guide. **What do you dislike about Learning Pool - OnScreen Guides?** OnScreen is designed as an SAP adoption tool, but is quite capable in other applications. That said, it can struggle with web applications that contain a lot of dynamic content. There are workarounds and the OnScreen team is helpful in finding an optimal solution. The SSO capabilities have improved, but you still have to login each day which sometimes results in employees forgetting about the tool. **What problems is Learning Pool - OnScreen Guides solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our technology team is quite small, and answering the basic, repeatable questions all day distracted us from our more value-additive roles. Unfortunately, a standard FAQ page was not sufficient for our processes, so we needed to look elsewhere. With OnScreen, we found we were able to create and distribute guides that answer our employee’s questions quickly and effectively while also giving our team back some of its bandwidth to keep moving the proverbial ball forward. ### 5. OnScreen staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of the programming needs were addressed. Weekly calls were scheduled to address any issues. **What do you dislike about Learning Pool - OnScreen Guides?** It would be nice if it worked on more browsers. As a Firefox user, I found it challenging to have to use Chrome in order to set up training manuals. **What problems is Learning Pool - OnScreen Guides solving and how is that benefiting you?** New employees are using the training services, which has created extra bandwidth for Operations staff and team. We do not have to schedule as many 1-on-1 training sessions. ### 8. Once you have completed the transaction, you need to add some information to the steps (baloon tips) and share the content with your team. I believe is a great tool to help instruct my students on navigating the system and giving them a better understanding of the different business processes. **What do you dislike about Learning Pool - OnScreen Guides?** Not being able to delete a portion of the recording without deleting the whole recording when you mess up during the recording. This causes issues when the helper is turned on in the actual system.. **What problems is Learning Pool - OnScreen Guides solving and how is that benefiting you?** OnScreen enables our students to be independent and able to easily navigate a business system on their own. This is a lot better than the traditional ECC + IS Auto solution. **What do you dislike about Learning Pool - OnScreen Guides?** There are only a few items to complain about mainly Vehicle search issues similar to the TREX Vehicle search in the ECC IS Auto version. But it's easier to manage in S4HANA using ESH connectors. **Recommendations to others considering Learning Pool - OnScreen Guides:** Yes, S4HANA works fantastic. **What problems is Learning Pool - OnScreen Guides solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are only a few items to complain about mainly Vehicle search issues similar to the TREX Vehicle search in the ECC IS Auto version. But it's easier to manage in S4HANA using ESH connectors.
