What do you like best about Learnerbly?

Learnerbly's customer experience team goes above and beyond to solve your problems. I requested a Brilliant subscription but for some reason did not receive an email back from Brilliant to redeem my subscription and so Learnerbly quickly sent me another link to claim my subscription. What do you dislike about Learnerbly?

although learnerbly has everything you require for personal growth available, there are some moments where I've noticed quite a lot of Udemy courses not available on Learnerbly so I had to purchase them directly from Udemy as it would take too long for my resource request to be added to learnerbly. What do you like best about Learnerbly?

I would like there to be more of a variety of courses especially for people who have hobbies and things outside of work that they are passionate about. To give an example people who do youtube or live stream it would be really good to have courses which are tailored towards that and help them with their hobby. For me, search is the most useful feature. When searching for a book or course your engine brings back lots of recommendations for similar resources that may be more appropriate for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main issue I've encountered recently was down to a funding block from my company where they took time to top up the account balance. This meant that some colleagues placed orders pre-budget reset which were not resolved until after the budget was reset.
