The search option in addition to the recommendations has helped me find content (both paid and free) that has been greatly insightful. Additionally, when I requested a course only to immediately find a different one that I was more intersted in, the Learnerbly team via the chat function jumped into action to assist in canceling my request. **What do you dislike about Learnerbly?** My subscription is for a more limited budget and so many of the access points are for larger subscriptions, ie. a subscription for a whole month to Masterclass vs. access to just the single course hosted on Masterclass. **What problems is Learnerbly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using Learnerbly to improve both my strategic thinking capabilites as well as my public speaking skills and have found valuable resources for both topics. ### 3. You can request your order online and get a confirmation e-mail. **What do you dislike about Learnerbly?** I had a profoundly disappointing experience with Learnerbly that I feel compelled to share. There are a couple of points that should concern any potential customer of their business: * Placing an order with Learnerbly risks it going unfulfilled for months, leaving you without the resources crucial to your development. * Learnerbly has a pattern of ghosting users, ceasing communication, and ignoring complaints (I am speaking from my personal experience — I had to contact Head of Customer Success directly to resolve my issue). * It seems that Learnerbly lacks any processes to guarantee the delivery of a requested resource. They do not assess the quality of their service and have a history of failing to deliver numerous orders. Furthermore, they do not take the time to investigate the issue, nor do they inform their customers of any action plan to resolve the problem. * Learnerbly has introduced a new customer support bot that has made it even more frustrating to file a complaint. * Learnerbly catalog seems to be steadily decreasing. **What problems is Learnerbly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Learnerbly aggregates books and resources for developing your skills into one, albeit limited, place. ### 4. Implementation was a breeze. **What do you dislike about Learnerbly?** Some articles are paywalled so while they look free they actually aren't or have limited free options. Administrative tools still have some distance to go - more could be added to bulk process functions and while analytics have improved they could still get better. **What problems is Learnerbly solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me (within a small L&D team) to provide directed access to a much wider variety of programming and learning content than I would be able to generate on my own. ### 7. Any query I have had has been dealt with no later than 24 hours which is incredible. **What do you dislike about Learnerbly?** I would love an element of events, the ability to sign up to events/use your budget in order to do so.
