Administrative tools still have some distance to go - more could be added to bulk process functions and while analytics have improved they could still get better. I liked that it was easy to make purchases, and to know what my available budget was. It can be very tedious to find what you're looking for, or what might interest you, the search algorithm is very lack-luster and there is no ability to see recommendations based on previous purchases. It is also the case that things are sometimes mislabelled, for example a copy of The Art of Computer Programming would only purchase one of the volumes, when it's a multi-volume set. A few things that stand out for me/I like best: 1. Creating and sharing playlists internally (org level) or even from Learnably too 2. Easy discovery of other courses/articles/books 3. Often the price differences between the course/book on Learnably vs. the platform offering it. (this also applies to price differential in different countries) 2. Being unable to track the budget/account balance - like you'll have a log of deductions against those requests that you have requested on Learnably, but if there's a possibility that this same budget is considered for something that you can purchase externally and expense, but will get deducted here, one would not be able to view the log of such actions. 3. Missing popular subscriptions (not a big pain point, but I do see a few popular subscriptions like Data Camp and a few others which could be added) 4. Filtering on type of content?
