I had a profoundly disappointing experience with Learnerbly that I feel compelled to share. There are a couple of points that should concern any potential customer of their business: \* Placing an order with Learnerbly risks it going unfulfilled for months, leaving you without the resources crucial to your development. \* Learnerbly has a pattern of ghosting users, ceasing communication, and ignoring complaints (I am speaking from my personal experience — I had to contact Head of Customer Success directly to resolve my issue). \* It seems that Learnerbly lacks any processes to guarantee the delivery of a requested resource. They do not assess the quality of their service and have a history of failing to deliver numerous orders. Furthermore, they do not take the time to investigate the issue, nor do they inform their customers of any action plan to resolve the problem. \* Learnerbly has introduced a new customer support bot that has made it even more frustrating to file a complaint. \* Learnerbly catalog seems to be steadily decreasing. Nothing really, as I have never successfully ordered anything from them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Learnerbly? It may be usefull for very generic business courses, but I have never found a relevant course to my job (Data Science / Statistics). The book ordering is through Amazon with no options to change anything. When I order through Amazon personally they do sometimes deliver Ok, but often have problems so I prefer to order to an Amazon locker which works reliably. Learnerbly are not able to offer this service. I have twice tried to order books and both times they simply failed with no alternative offered. So I have never spent any learning budget.
