Additionally, when I requested a course only to immediately find a different one that I was more intersted in, the Learnerbly team via the chat function jumped into action to assist in canceling my request. **What do you dislike about Learnerbly?** My subscription is for a more limited budget and so many of the access points are for larger subscriptions, ie. a subscription for a whole month to Masterclass vs. access to just the single course hosted on Masterclass. **What problems is Learnerbly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using Learnerbly to improve both my strategic thinking capabilites as well as my public speaking skills and have found valuable resources for both topics. ### 3. The catalog from Learnerbly is good enough and offers a lot of different options, but sometimes is not updated, so being able to choose from Amazons list is really helpful. Isued Leanerbly about 10-15 times per year and it is super easy to resquest any source thatyou want. But I may say that in my opinion the best thing Learnerbly has is the costumer service. Specially Noemi, a Customer Support Associate. She has been incredibly helpful and kind every single time one of my orders got cancelled or delayed, offering me solutions, information about the status and so. **What do you dislike about Learnerbly?** Seems that sometimes the communication between Learnerbly and Amazon does not work as it should. Many orders get cancelled for no reason, or deliveries that shouldn't take longer than one day or two get cancelled because they exceed the 15 days maximum. **What problems is Learnerbly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can get a lot of artbooks with the budget that I have from my company. Usually artbooks are very expensive and it is a resource that otherwise I would not be able to get. ### 4. There are a couple of points that should concern any potential customer of their business: * Placing an order with Learnerbly risks it going unfulfilled for months, leaving you without the resources crucial to your development. * Learnerbly has a pattern of ghosting users, ceasing communication, and ignoring complaints (I am speaking from my personal experience — I had to contact Head of Customer Success directly to resolve my issue). * It seems that Learnerbly lacks any processes to guarantee the delivery of a requested resource. They do not assess the quality of their service and have a history of failing to deliver numerous orders. The book ordering is through Amazon with no options to change anything. When I order through Amazon personally they do sometimes deliver Ok, but often have problems so I prefer to order to an Amazon locker which works reliably. Learnerbly are not able to offer this service. I have twice tried to order books and both times they simply failed with no alternative offered. So I have never spent any learning budget. **What problems is Learnerbly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not really sure what it's purpose is - the only way I have ever spent any learning learning budget is to do it through expenses. There was a huge range of different things I could purchase, including very high quality works, so I didn't feel especially limited. **What do you dislike about Learnerbly?** It can be very tedious to find what you're looking for, or what might interest you, the search algorithm is very lack-luster and there is no ability to see recommendations based on previous purchases. It is also the case that things are sometimes mislabelled, for example a copy of The Art of Computer Programming would only purchase one of the volumes, when it's a multi-volume set. **What problems is Learnerbly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Learnbly allowed my workplace to make it clear how much we were expected to spend on learning resources, and what learning resources were in scope. Most of the books are brought through Amazon that arrive quickly. Access to articles and other online courses is quick as well. You can also request new books that are not on the website and as long as your lead believes it suits your learning they can quickly approve it and get it sent out to you. They categorise everything so if you have a general idea of your need it will help get you what you want. **What do you dislike about Learnerbly?** The search function is okay but sometimes hard to find what you are looking for even with the categories. The reviews seem to be lacking across most of the books and they don't pull reviews from other sources to help you guide your purchases. **What problems is Learnerbly solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives me easy access to resources i otherwise would have had to request and gone through a sometimes lengthly internal review process to get the book or training approved.
