"LearnDash is inexpensive and their support shows it"

What do you like best about LearnDash?

It was pretty easy to install in my current wordpress site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnDash?

It doesn't work. The registration uses recaptcha that conflicts with the WordFence recaptcha. The only help I got was to turn off recaptcha on the entire site which would leave our site vulnerable to attacks. There was almost no problem solving and critical thinking when it came to helping me get my site live and allowing people to register.

Even though i cannot launch and use the site I paid for, I am not able to get my money back.

In addition, the plugin is incredibly slow when you are building a site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LearnDash solving and how is that benefiting you?

LearnDash was supposed to host our Basics 101 course for our end users. We built the entire course in LearnDash and were ready to launch, but due to the registration not working and a lack of willingness to help solve the issue, we have now switched to a different platform. Therefore, LearnDash is not solving any problems for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
