During the time that we've worked together, every time we had a technical or product problem, they actively listened and shared solutions. They've proactively and regularly reached out to us to gather feedback and use it for product iterations. They have also generated opportunities for us to work together beyond the obvious and basic business exchange expected. Finally, they have educated us on their product, so we could easily use and promote the features available. **What do you dislike about LearnCube?** We regularly check our providers and existing solutions in the market against our needs. Since we started working with Learncube our company priorities and needs have changed, and the whiteboard that we were using was no longer the type of feature that our product needed. **What problems is LearnCube solving and how is that benefiting you?** The whiteboard allows our users to share, annotate, draw, etc., files live while they have a lesson.
