This is a professional service during the trial implementation. The associates listen to feedback and respond with immediate feedback. Phone calls are arranged monthly by the Customer Success team to review any issues. The software is straightforward to grasp and use. This is a real bonus if you have people within your organization from a non-technical background. What took over ten months to implement with another product with my previous company and at a much higher cost, it took less than five weeks to achieve Learnamp, and we have a much better solution. When we just started working together, there were specific requirements regarding the management reports, some of them required additional development. We have mostly been using it for our 1-2-1 cycles and have really enjoyed using the system. Performance Management can be quite a lot to manage, especially for everyone to have something easy to refer back to, so from that point of view the system has been terrific

We are looking to start using MS Teams in our business which they don't currently have an integration for but I believe is coming in soon.
