  ### 13. Easy to learn and use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

I like how quickly and easily test cases can be created. Once you build a library of re-usable subflows, your efficiency gains begin to compound.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Does not currently support a concurrent-user licensing model.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating GxP and non-GxP software builds.

  ### 14. Very universal automation tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott S. | Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

I appreciate the ease of use of data modeling. The tool has comprehensive data storage ability, so you are not locked into one solution. Even though we use the Platform version, we still have substantial control over static, dynamic, and system data. The support has been second to none. Upon the few times we have reached out, we have always received a solution within a timely fashion. The ease of use to leverage the blocks and build blocks together to create subflows for reusable tasks has been great, especially for the more non-technical manual testers that are onboarding to automation. Our trainer was very patient and relayed his knowledge well in our sessions.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

As with any software, there is always room for improvement. Thus why I do not issue "10/10s". While it is hard to find significant issues, there are minor things that you come across, such as some system fields' watermarks do not disappear when you start typing in the area; thus, your text is overlayed on the watermark. It would be nice to have the check-in control in the Plateform version, but that is an Enterprise feature, so it is challenging to verify\controll what other automation writers have changed in existing blocks.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork has allowed us to address manual testers being able to create automation without derailing them from their committed Sprint goals. With our previous framework automation solution, we had to spend a lot of time mentoring manual testers in object-oriented design coding. In the three months we have been leveraging Leapwork, we have two manual testers onboard, one (of which) is up to speed and producing automation scripts in a timely fashion.

  ### 15. Great tool for web automation, easy to use and great support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yogesh P. | QA Tester, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Leapwork is an easy automation tool to pick up and start building automation cases without coding knowledge.
It is a GUI-based Windows platform that is relatively easy to learn with great knowledgebase and support services. I have been using leapwork since 2019, and it is an excellent tool for web testing, regression testing and desktop automation. You can also add c# or javascript code if needed.
Overall fantastic tool for your QA team.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

-Reporting could be better with leapwork like email reports, the dashboard reports etc
-Finding some elements in the webpage is sometimes counterintuitive and may require test automation engineer knowledge.
-Mobile automation not built-in leapwork instead you may have to pay third party provider to connect to mobile devices or use third party apps like appium/homebrew etc to connect to mobile devices
-Test execution is a little bit slow on the remote agent

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us to automate regression tests in our company. When we run the tests, it looks for bugs and any anomalies in the software. It saves us time and money.

  ### 16. Automated testing without writing code!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Don H. | Principal Solution Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Leapwork is an excellent tool for automated testing full stop! IMO its most significant strength is how it empowers your non-selenium non-code writing QA staff to create very complex automated tests. There is a learning curve, but the Leapwork team is very good at setting you and your team up for success. Our experience working with them has been overwhelmingly positive.

There has never been a time we found Leapwork unable to execute a testing scenario. There has also never been a time we felt we couldn't get something quickly answered.

(It has also inspired one of our QA staff to learn how to code, ymmv.)

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Executing data-driven tests on mobile devices has proved challenging in our environment. It's a work in progress.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a bunch of internal and external facing applications. Leapwork executes tests on them at a schedule we choose.

  ### 17. Excellent No-Code Test Automation Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sundar R. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

No tech pre-requisite
In-Depth Strategy Editor
Supports automation of web, desktop and APIs
Seamless integration of test cases involving desktop and web
Low learning curve
Excellent technical support
Video export of executed test cases

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Still an on-prem tool. Could be cloud based - with automated backups and disaster recovery mechanisms
Tracking of iterative test data within a single data sheet could be better
A feature to track redundant steps across flows will be really helpful for better modularity
A feature to convert GUI blocks to code and vice-versa will be really helpful for core techies working with the tool
More flexibility with run lists w.r.t activating, deactivating flows, running it from a failed point etc.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regression testing of test cases during application upgrade - Big time saver
Automation of manual steps in the application process, where possible
Video export of executed test cases serves as training material

  ### 18. Great Easy to learn / Easy to use automation tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander Skov B. | Automation Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

- Excellent debugging functionality, including live video of the execution (even on agents) and video recording.
- The fact that Leapwork has 24/7 export support vastly improves the learning and the (no-)coding process.
- Since Leapwork is a no-coding tool, it has its limitations, so it is excellent that a C# code block exists.
- Excellent integration with Salesforce, including the "Await DOM change" and "Await Requests" functionality for improved stability

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

- Not being able to execute sub-flows in the same way as with main flows
- Few functionality issues regarding data-driven test automation where data derives from excel sheets. If test cases could be "imported" (through read excel block) as excel sheets, having each excel row act as a test case would vastly improve the dynamic aspect of regression testing. Another solution could be to allow the flow to continue on "Fail".
- Few Excel building blocks (only Read and Write) with quite a static read/write range functionality.
-Mobile app automation seems to be possible only through OCR (and only possible with third-party software)
-Would be great with some sort of Variable overview / Variable search option.
- Would be great with "Array" building blocks

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating repetitive processes in the QA department
Automating manual regression test-processes

  ### 19. Great test automation tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander W. | IT Product Manager SAP Test & Release Solutions, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

If you're used to working with Low-Code/No-Code Workflow tools (e.g., MS Power Automate), you need hardly any time to start building your first automation flows.

For me, as an experienced C# developer, it is also remarkable that I have the opportunity to infuse C# code easily and can even keep the code in my regular source code management tools.

The management of the tool is straightforward, and the provided UI is intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

To date, all components of Leapwork (Controller, Agents and Studios) need to run the same version of the tool, and there is no central distribution option. This means that all components need to be manually updated but in timely sync, which is nearly impossible in an Enterprise environment.

Updates to the browser drivers also must be distributed manually, which is annoying because it continuously causes failed test runs.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork provides an easy-to-use suite for many sorts of automated testing purposes. The time to go-live compared to our previous test automation tool has dropped significantly since we introduced Leapwork.

  ### 20. Excellent onboarding/training experience and very useful software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

After demonstrating their software, Leapwork made sure we were well informed on how to use it and were flexible when finding time for training sessions within our working hours. The automated testing software is very much what we wanted - it's easy to create and maintain test scripts without needing knowledge of programming or scripting languages. Leapwork has kept in touch after we began making full use of the software to ensure we are satisfied.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

The experience was largely positive but one downside was that Leapwork's software didn't work out well with our non-web-based systems. However, as said systems were fairly ancient, this was somewhat expected. The hope is that after we upgrade that system to a browser-based one, the Leapwork software will work more effectively with it.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had attempted to implemented automated test scripts for our website before via Ruby and Cucumber, but struggled with keeping them up to date over longer periods due to the reliance on knowledge of scripting languages. We also had concerns about the scripts being usable for new members of our QA team. The Leapwork software has provided a far more intuitive solution by making it easier to visualise the actions performed in each test script. The software's interface is understandable enough that our non-QA colleagues are able to see how it works and suggest ideas and improvements to our scripts.

  ### 21. One of the best No-Code Tool in the Market

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhavinkumar P. | Test Automation Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

One of the best feature is you don't need to know any coding or languages to script your TCs. It is very easy to learn and adopt the structure. The most powerful feature is that it is compatible with web and desktop application and can be used both in a single script. It also support the mobile application so no need to look somewhere else. Each block has been developed brilliantly to achive the end result and create the strategy. Very easy to understand the script for any user and can follow the script and can be easily maintain if changes are required. Great Customer service and support.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Unable to execute the sub-flows independently if the script involve multiple sub-flows. Title of the blocks can be changed but does not show full lengh so missing the comments functionality.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork has supported lot of complex scenarios that some time get very tricky to implement with code base tool.

  ### 22. IS QA Test Manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick B. | IS QA Test Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

We've had LW since 2018 and when I set out to vet automated tools I came across what was named back then LeapTest however now called Leapwork. What I like about Leapworks is its ease of use in setting flows. Non technical people can hit the ground running with very little training. I also like that support is quick to respond when an issue ticket is raised.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

My least dislike that I've gotten from my QA team is LW reliability at times. I'll elaborate a bit. My team has been a bit dissapointed in the image/text recognition and mouse clicks and keyboard clicks that fails at times as well as its pass/fail of flows that occurs without any change to a test suite. Another thing I think can be better is the import of flows process.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think support is consistent on trying to assist in problems or issue tickets that we send in. The biggest benefit again is that support's quick response.

  ### 23. Amazing automation tool and No coding skills required

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mythili C. | Software Tester, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

I have used this software for a year and created a framework for our web-based application with 175 test cases. I'm running these test cases with daily or weekly schedules and am thrilled with the tool's performance.

•	With a little more training, you can start developing test cases immediately.

•	A complete knowledge base is available for the tool, including documentation for every block.

•	You will receive immediate assistance from the support team when you are stuck.

•	Training is also provided for new members of the team.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

•	We have shared a few enhancements for the tool, and there is some delay in their implementation.
•	I observed features of some blocks not working efficiently.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

•	It saves a lot of manual effort and time.
•	It's working efficiently.

  ### 24. Quick Automation without any training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul S. | Senior Product Advisior, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

1. User-friendly interface.
2. Flow can be designed very quickly without any training.
3. Any command prompt script can be run using LEAPWORK.
4. Can be connected with the database easily.
5. Support staff is fantastic. You will get immediate help from the support staff.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

If the flow is enormous, then it isn't easy to know the connection. It would be nice if each connection line would show the name.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Claim processing
2. Member loads
3. Provider loads
4. Rate loads
5. Load files on websites.

  ### 25. Great no code automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Easy to learn and use automated software. We can quickly run any test cases ourselves and gather the data to create bugs. Test cases are easy to maintain and execute. Any questions we have are quickly resolved through chat or video chat. The training was excellent, and moved at our pace.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

We have had some difficulty with test cases failing when nothing on the UI has changed. When run again or from the failure's location, the test case will pass.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has saved us a lot of time and cost waiting for developers to write test cases.

  ### 26. Very userfriendly no coding automation system

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

It is pretty easy to learn and understand how to design a flow. An excellent documentation site is linked to each building block, so reading and studying all the possibilities is very easy.
During the maintenance of a flow, it is also pretty easy to understand how it is designed and put together if you didn't create it yourself.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

The built-in OCRs are too fragile. Sometimes it is too random if they read a text correctly or not.
Sometimes it takes quite a lot of tweaking before you have a working flow with image recognition.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A more thorough regression test is performed after every build each week, not only toward a public release. We didn't have the recourses to do that earlier.

Here are the upsides for leapwork:

1) Easy to learn
2)Turn around time
3)Platform testing support (window app, Web...ect)

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

1) Not able to integrate with Jenkin (configured SSL)
2)Support chat function (does not have voices or video plugin)

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help us automate our products and ensure they have higher quality for each release.

  ### 36. Good no-code test automation tool

It is solving finding the locators and easy logic. It has been time saver.

  ### 38. I have been using Leapwork for about 4years for various testing efforts.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anand I. | Sr QA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Leap work is no code, and we can easily create workflows and reuse them.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Leap work reporting is not intuitive and comprehensive. We can use Jenkins to add 3rd party reports

**Recommendations to others considering Leapwork:**

I highly recommed Leap work for automation where there is no code involved and same level of efficiency is resulted as with using tools with code.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Leap work majorly for cresting smoke tests and regression test suits. The best part is creating without code and reusability.

  ### 39. Great tool for test automation and RPA. I would recommend. It is intuitive easy to get started.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ziad E. | Senior technical test engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

I like that I can scale up my automation as much as I want and build the behaviour of the automation exactly as i want it to.
Leapwork can handle automation of very high complexity and offers many ways to take on a challenge.

I also like that Leapwork has such a comprehensive set of features to handle test automation, which enables me to automate more or less everything, both on-screen (UI) and what is behind the scenes.

I like how Leapwork both applies as a good and intuitive test automation tool, for both non-technical and technical people.

I like the big and growing base of documentation, with written documentation, learning videos and articles and much more.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

I want to do mobile app automation through Browserstack or another mobile lab supplier, without using image and text recognition.
I would like to be able to sort value inputs in sub-flows like folders in the asset tree, and categorize value inputs in sub-flows.
I would like to be able to search for the usage of variables in flows and sub-flows.
I would like to be able to see (as an admin) who is using Leapwork right now and not only a timestamp of their last login.

**Recommendations to others considering Leapwork:**

If you consider using Leapwork as a test automation and/or RPA tool, I recommend it because of its wide set of features and ability to automate so many different technologies.

I would also recommend Leapwork because of it's many possibilities to integrate with third party tools, such as test management tools, DevOps or CD/CI tools.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problems am I not solving :-)?

Leapwork creates my test data of very high randomness yet very consistent and valid test data.
I have used Leapwork to create test data used in manual testing to cut down on time spent on manual test preparations.
I have used Leapwork for regression testing to cut down time spent on manual regression tests.
I have used Leapwork in a DevOps setup where Leapwork runs UI automation with new release deployments.
I have used Leapwork to start up servers every morning, so our colleagues across the globe did not have to start them manually.
I have used Leapwork to generate data for Splunk (Big data management tool), so the data was presentable as performance statistics.

And the list goes on.

  ### 40. Automation made easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin Z. | QA Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

I can quickly and easily build my flows and error handling without digging deep to find my almost lost coding skills. Another great thing about the product is the support that you get. I have often used chat support on the leapwork homepage, and they have quickly found solutions for my problems.
I find the tool very easy to use, but I also have a back groud in automation using selenium. The terminology between the two products is the same, so it is easy going from coded to no-code automation. If you do nok have this background then focus on training. The Learning videos are a good start, but you might need something more focused.
I had great supportfrom Leapwork during our Proof of Concept evaluation period.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

My most significant irritation so far is that many of the great functionalities to manage and load balance the Leapwork agents are only available for Enterprise customers. I have a Platform license, so I lose out.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to improve our test coverage. So right now, we are automating our regression tests on all our core applications, so these can run more often (Daily) and free up the testers' time to focus on tests with higher business value. We also want a test tool that our business testers can use. We believe that Leapwork is the best fit for this.

  ### 41. Quick and Easy automation regression test

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sia G. | QA Chapter Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Flexibility of the tool. It is very easy to learn for non technical testers, and you will have a test suite up and running in no time, and the AI blocks are great to work with.
Customer service is quick to respond and Leapwork as a supplier is very flexible to work with. I like having that type of relationship with a vendor.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

I miss some integration with the reports and dashboards to DevOps. Since we use Leapwork in the DevOps pipeline, I would like it to be easier for the developers to view the reportings, without having a Leapwork account. You can fetch a video with a powershell script and postman, but something more accessable and easier would be hugely beneficial.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Leapwork for Web and Windows applications, as well as API calls. One of our goals is to make sure teams can do the regression tests with the tester present to avoid bottlenecks. This enabled us to quickly move to Continuious Delivery for one of the web solutions.

  ### 42. A good product but not only ...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolas A. | Testing and Product Team Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Leapwork is a wonderfull product, easy to use even for non tech people of my team. It's easy to create first flows on web automation and for the most compliquated ones we can count on Leapwork team and an amazing source of information on knowledge base or learning center.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

This is not a question about Leapwork but more the time spent on it. It is important to put the right amount of time on it to have flows as close as possible of users manners and products evolutions.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork runs non-regressions tests on apps, so the test team is focused on new features and their integration into the final user path.
Before Leapwork, one tester was doing non-regression full time. Now, they write flows and are following reports of schedules running at the same time as testing new features. In our organization, it has made possible our continuous delivery and be sure that customers use the product as usual.

  ### 43. Automation that helps development teams reach the next level

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle S. | Vice President Of Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

The ease of configurability has allowed us to scale the solution in a way that is efficient and doesn't require extensive development background to do it.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Overally, we didn't really have any downsides. The designer can get a bit cumbersome in extremely complex environments but overall the experience has been great.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used LeapWork to run the automated tests for one of our thick client applications.

  ### 44. Wow!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel I. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

So, I am 2 weeks into using Leapwork for automating the various systems I test here at e.surv.

My initial thought on the product is just "Wow!"

The speed at which users can create automated test cases by designing flows without code is phenomenal.

It's great fun to use and I would certainly recommend to other testers, business analysts etc

Thank you to the guys at Leapwork for designing such a great product

The support you receive is brilliant, the option for a Teams call with screen share to talk you through and educate you on how to achieve what it is you're trying to do.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

The installation was a bit tricky if you don't know what you're doing.
On the face of things, after knowing what to do, it isn't that difficult.

I think this should be provided as a service over a Teams call with both companies IT departments

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regression Test Pack containing 1000+ manual tests that are to be ran each release we take.
Takes approx 3 weeks to run them all.

I've already automated 85 of these in 3 weeks as a complete beginner. Truly amazing.

  ### 45. Good Software to simplify automatic testing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan O. | Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Logical approach of utilizing the building blocks making automated SW testing something everyone can do. The building blocks for the flows are vast and cover many features. By using the subflows, work can be reused multiple times, making it easy to build flows from a certain start point. Fantastic support and dedicated customer success managers

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Certain features are missing, for example, swiping functionality representing cell phone usage. The same for if flows are added to a flow they are not added directly to run lists if they are saved in the same folder where the run lists points towards.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generel smoke testing of webpages as well as testing of new features that have been implemented

  ### 46. A great, reliable and consistent Codeless Automation tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul C. | Senior QA, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

The ease of use, the speed an automation can be built, and the consistency of the produced automations, all of which contribute to the ROI.

The tool is very eary to pick up and learn, it removes most of the technology framework from the stack and allows you to implement automations quicker. With this in mind we're able to jump onto a new project or technology and be up and running within hours rather than days, we can re-use elements from other projects and implement them easily into new projects without that aforementioned set up time.

When running tests having a video and full logging is invaluable and the recent addition of subtitles has been great for those occasions when the key framed video matched to log entries isn't giving you the full picture.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

As with all software there are occasional bugs, but generally on the whole they are minor. As of a few release ago the way automations are structured has changed, it involves a further step to edit a sub-flow, this can become tiresome when there are multiple nested sub-flows, or if you wanted to just copy a bit of text elsewhere. I understand why it's implemented, it's just a change or hurdle in the way we're used to using the software.

**Recommendations to others considering Leapwork:**

If you're looking for an easy to use powerful codeless test automation tool Leapwork should be considered. It's compatible with almost anything and has connections to most test management and build tools.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are reducing the time taken to complete regression testing and reducing manual effort and consistency in process automation.

Using the tool we get reliable and consistent test automation, we know that once validated and peer reviewed the output from the automation is guarenteed to work time after time.

As the tool is easy to use we're able to build automation quickly to solve unexpected problems, sometimes producing production ready automation in under an hour. The automations build and allow anyone to peice together a process or test.

It's incredibly compatible and we rarely encounter a situation where it doesn't work,

  ### 47. Fantastic Automation Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kellie F. | Director of Operations & Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Leapwork is a robust tool that we use for automation. The building blocks are intuitive and easy to use. Leapwork also has an extremely helpful documentation library. The debugging features are also extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Leapwork has vastly has improved our operations and workflow. It saves valuable FTE time and is well worth the cost.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are completing repetitive tasks that need to be completed across multiple systems, as well as audits to ensure data is entered correctly.

  ### 48. Superb product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jens-Christian H. | Software Tester, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

It's slick and easy to use, it's modern, it cut corners that make other similar products more cumbersome to use, and the built-in C# editor makes it easy to develop and test specialized functions.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

I miss the ability to apply read-only user rights to individual folders and library sub-flows.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Test of websites and 3270 mainframe. It's nice that is has built-in version control and scheduler too. No need for GitHub or Jenkins.

  ### 49. Good and easy software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christoffer O. | Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Didn't take long to learn and creating a test case does not too much time, due to no-coding.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Some of the updates have issues, which shows a lack of proper QA before the update is released.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Constant performing QA on our software, and thereby finding potential bugs before a release.
A clear benefit is that we are saving time performing manual QA on our software.

  ### 50. Jerry's 2 years experience in LEAPWORK

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerry I. | Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

No code automation and the simple way of scriptwriting.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

We do not have a customized report which should cover in a licensed version.

**Recommendations to others considering Leapwork:**

This is purely no-code automation that all the manual functional testers can use.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using LEAPWORK scripts for smoke and regression testing in different test environments.
