The tool with the great support from LeapTree and Susan in particular allows for an easy integration into your Salesforce environment! **What do you dislike about Leaptree Incentivize?** There are no dislikes but do ensure that you have a clean dataset and a good understanding of what you need before trying to implement. This will help your implementation go smoothly! **What problems is Leaptree Incentivize solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a very complicate commission structure that required a lot of manual work from both HR and Finance. LeapTree has helped reduce the amount of time the teams need to spend on commissions significantly but introducing automation and detailed reporting, We can now even export the data into our HR system to allow payments to be processed. ### 2.
