"Easy-to-Navigate UI That Makes Reviews and Colleague Praise Simple"
5/5
What do you like best about Leapsome?

I like the UI - easy to navigate. I have used it for my review, which I have to do every 4 months, so easy to navigate is necessary. I also use it to praise colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

It seems that our surveys aren't completely anonymous. I believe that my department or perhaps even my name is visible to the person who requests the survey. I had submitted an answer to an anonymous survey once and the reader really seemed to know exactly where it came from. Not sure if that is a "you" thing or a "my company" thing. "Easy-to-Use HR Platform with Smooth Onboarding and Helpful Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Leapsome?

I've had a good experience with Leapsome overall. The platform is easy to use, with a clean interface that makes performance reviews, feedback, and goal tracking straightforward for employees and managers.

The integrations cover most common business tools and work reliably, although some could offer more customization. Performance is generally solid, with fast loading times and few technical issues.

Pricing is reasonable if you're using several of its features, but it may feel expensive for smaller teams with simpler needs. The onboarding process was smooth, and customer support was responsive and helpful when needed.

The AI features are useful for drafting reviews and summarizing feedback, but they're more of a time-saving assistant than a major differentiator.

Overall, Leapsome is a strong HR and performance management platform that balances usability and functionality well. I'd rate it 9/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

What I dislike about Leapsome is that some of the more advanced configuration options can be difficult to navigate, especially when setting up review cycles or custom workflows. While the platform is user-friendly for employees, administrators may face a steeper learning curve.

The reporting features are useful but could offer more flexibility and customization for deeper analysis. Some integrations feel somewhat basic and don't always provide the level of automation available in specialized tools.

The AI features help save time, but the suggestions can sometimes feel generic and still require manual editing. Additionally, pricing may be a concern for smaller organizations, particularly if they don't plan to use the full range of features available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Team Collaboration with Structured Feedback"
4/5
What do you like best about Leapsome?

I like Leapsome for its value-tied praise that aligns feedback with company values and encourages continuous recognition. The structured meeting flow ensures our meetings are organized and effective. I appreciate the multi-perspective reviews which provide a comprehensive view of performance from self-assessments, peer feedback, and manager assessments. The low-friction feedback mechanism makes giving and receiving feedback effortless, and the anonymity in pulse surveys fosters honest employee engagement and provides valuable insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

I find the navigation/UX a bit overwhelming with navigation overload. There's limited customization in reviews, which sometimes feels restrictive. Pulse survey fatigue is real, and the portability of meeting notes could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Performance Tracking with Helpful AI Summaries and Slack Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Leapsome?

User friendly navigations and features visibility. It has well structured performance parameters to provide feedback, goal tracking and peer selection. Since it is integrated with the slack notifications It is easy to manage and user will not miss out any updates. It operates smoothly without any delays when navigated directly from slack notifications.

The AI summary is very useful to understand the overall reviews provided by peers.

Support team is responsive in addressing all the questions related to timeline and other details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

It should also include some graphical representation of my performance curve over the months that I have worked in the organisation. Can include more analytics for user to view the learning path than just providing options to collect or provide feedbacks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Structured and Consistent Performance Evaluations with Leapsome"
4/5
What do you like best about Leapsome?

I like Leapsome for its structured and consistent framework, which helps me evaluate my team and colleagues. It provides consistency in evaluations, making it easy to compare performance over different quarters. The AI features are pretty good because they enable consistency in feedback, even if people provide varying levels of input. Using Leapsome is straightforward and self-explanatory, making it easy, especially after the initial setup. It's also helpful that once you get the hang of it, doing reviews every six months becomes much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

The way it's set up for my company has too many questions and features, making it very time-consuming. The conversational type of evaluation works better for me than typing everything from scratch each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Leapsome’s Holistic People Enablement Platform in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about Leapsome?

What I like most about Leapsome is its holistic approach to people enablement. Instead of focusing on just one area, such as performance reviews or engagement, Leapsome combines performance management, learning, engagement, and goal setting in a single platform. This makes it easier for organizations to build a culture of continuous feedback, ongoing development, and clear alignment across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

It’s sometimes hard to read the required filling sections, and during the review it’s easy to miss some compulsory parts that need to be filled in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplicity and AI Make Leapsome a Must-Have"
5/5
What do you like best about Leapsome?

I like the simplicity and completeness of having all information at hand, along with the clear graphics and AI help. The self-assessment feature is very interesting, allowing both the employee and the manager to express their opinions and then compare them. Having a clean and intuitive interface helps me immediately understand where to click and see the information clearly. I also appreciate that everything I need is in one place without having to use multiple tools. The initial setup was very easy, as everything scheduled to be done was clearly present once I entered the homepage. Overall, I'm really enjoying the simplicity, AI, and self-assessment features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

I've used Leapsome sparingly so far, so I don't have any major complaints. The only thing I'd improve is the navigation; sometimes it's a little difficult to quickly find certain sections or data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Review Platform with Everything Employees Need"
5/5
What do you like best about Leapsome?

Everything an employee would need to complete a review is available right within the platform. I also really appreciate that it’s customizable and leaves room for creativity, so the team can shape it in a way that works best for how we use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

It isn’t always clear when a review has been fully completed by all parties, especially when an employee is in a cycle that still shows as open because other employees haven’t finished their portions yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
