It's frustrating that managers are unable to share reviews with other managers to review and provide feedback. It limits the ability to only share reviews with one person, the reviewee. They should enhance their AI rewriting feature that is not great. If I provide a review to a person and I ask for enhancement, it's not enhancing it on a human level. It's still rewriting as an AI return note. It shouldn't be like that; it should be in a human way of intention, way of selling that. I’d really like an option to remove old items from meetings that didn’t happen. If, for any reason, I’m not able to have a 1:1 meeting, all the items still show up when I take the next one, which is helpful. I do appreciate that there are modules organized on the side bar. Also, when i log into i do have a dashboard with task required to performed in terms of training, HR matters. The novelty for me is the certificates issued for the mandatory trainings, which in other workplaces wasn't so. The tool gives you all possibilities and tools to over-engineer the feedback process. Without some guidance, you maybe model a process that is maybe to much to cover for the leads and the direct reports. I use Leapsome to see who from my team is off and to request time off myself. It solves the problem of not knowing who is off and until when. What I like most is that it's a simple to use tool. I think Leapsome puts the right things in the right places, meaning I have what I need either on the home page or easily accessible in the left side panel. I mostly use the Absence tab, either to request absence time for myself or to keep track of others and holidays, and this is the most valuable for me. Compared to Bamboo, which we used in the past, I personally see that Leapsome is aesthetically prettier, it works faster, it's easier to navigate, and it has all my team's calendars in the same place. I use Leapsome to centralize my profile, goals, reviews, feedback, and learning paths, which helps me to be more organized in my development within the company and to track objectives. I love the feedback part because when I feel lost, I can ask our leads or coworkers to give us feedback, which allows me to have a clear channel to ask for guidance. I enjoy how easily it activates when opening the link and the centralization of everything in one space. The employee directory makes it easy for me to search when I need a colleague's name, speeding up the search for people within the company. I believe much more could be gained if there were greater clarity or guidance on what can be done within Leapsome, to use it more fully on a day-to-day basis. It would also help if some functions were even more intuitive at first glance, especially for those of us who only access certain sections and do not necessarily know the entire tool. Rather, I feel that we are still not familiar with Leapsome; training and integration are needed to make the most of it and not just remain with a partial tool. I find it very easy to use Leapsome for performance management. The interface is streamlined. It's simple to track all the reviews I have pending. When writing reviews, the AI feature is helpful!
