I use Leapsome for peer review, year-end reviews, and managing team member details. I really like how we can add and complete the whole review process from selecting peers to reviewing my manager and finishing all the feedback in one place. The platform eliminates recency bias by providing all the context and helps make my feedback more constructive through AI reviews, shifting the feedback from judgment to development. Integrating Leapsome with Slack and BambooHR has been incredibly helpful, as it allows me to perform tasks directly from Slack without needing to log into another app. Before Leapsome, we didn't have any dedicated tool for our HR activities, and now, it has provided a very neat process for all these tasks.
