I would love to see it more integrated from google work space tools side, for example some plugin on Calendar to link the meeting note with meeting, something similer to zoom plugin.

The UI is simple and clean. I fill up multiple forms in a year and been using leapsome for the last 2+ years and it’s been so smooth and easy to fill the forms, see the results later, download it as and when I need and more. I think what can be improved is maybe the interface. Sometimes when I'm looking for the goals for my team members, it takes very long. Even when I've used the filter and I type it in, it says no, like, nothing found. But, obviously, the staff member will be in the system. So I think that can be improved. I use Leapsome to manage employee data. It helps me keep track of all the employees' data and streamline their workflows and payrolls. I really appreciate having all the workflows in one place; it makes my work easier because I don't have to switch to multiple tabs and displays while working.
