They should enhance their AI rewriting feature that is not great. If I provide a review to a person and I ask for enhancement, it's not enhancing it on a human level. It's still rewriting as an AI return note. It shouldn't be like that; it should be in a human way of intention, way of selling that. It has been really helpful to be able to prepare my 1:1 annotations at any time, allowing me to track my progress effortlessly throughout the week. The praise system gives everyone a sense of accomplishment and provides a rewarding feeling that makes the overall environment feel more human. My team uses the peer review feature every quarter, and it consistently helps us identify areas for improvement among our colleagues. What I really love is how quickly everything saves, and how my peers can see the changes I make in documents in real time. If, for any reason, I’m not able to have a 1:1 meeting, all the items still show up when I take the next one, which is helpful. I do appreciate that there are modules organized on the side bar. Also, when i log into i do have a dashboard with task required to performed in terms of training, HR matters. The novelty for me is the certificates issued for the mandatory trainings, which in other workplaces wasn't so. I do appreciate that also within this application I could focus on goal review and updates, which in other workplaces there were several applications covering what leapsome offers in one solution. As a fast-growing start-up it is a difference to recognizing the importance of feedback and to always have the discipline to give feedback - especially tough one - regularly and in a timely manner. Leapsome helped us to do so with ease and to enforce a streamlined feedback process across all deparments and all managers. What do you dislike about Leapsome? The tool gives you all possibilities and tools to over-engineer the feedback process. Without some guidance, you maybe model a process that is maybe to much to cover for the leads and the direct reports.
