The Leapy Chatbot sometimes hallucinates a little, and it's not always clear where it takes the information from or if it is reviewing the page you currently have open or another one. For example, when you ask for filtered results of a team or department, sometimes it takes its info from somewhere else. Also, I think the functions under 'My Company' like Q&A Boards and feedback board are a little hidden. We didn't really know what they are or how to use them, so it took some time to understand. They are great, but they could be more visible. Additionally, the initial setup was okay, but a live onboarding session or a guideline for the IT department on data import would have been nice—a check-in after the contract would help. Leapsome is the software that helps us review and share our thoughts about our projects. It also supports us as team members by highlighting our growth, our strengths, and the areas where we still need to improve. The only thing I didn’t like is that we’re not very habituated to this software yet, so it can be confusing to tell the difference between my own reviews and the reviews others have shared about us. Also, whenever a notification comes in, I think it means someone is asking me for a review, but when I open it, I see it’s actually a review they shared about us. While Leapsome is very intuitive overall, some reporting and configuration options can take time to fully understand, especially when setting up more customized processes. Before Leapsome, we managed training plans and learning paths through spreadsheets, which made it difficult to keep information organized and track progress consistently. Now, workflows are centralized in one platform and training paths can be structured and assigned according to each user profile. I use Leapsome for peer review, year-end reviews, and managing team member details. I really like how we can add and complete the whole review process from selecting peers to reviewing my manager and finishing all the feedback in one place. The platform eliminates recency bias by providing all the context and helps make my feedback more constructive through AI reviews, shifting the feedback from judgment to development. Integrating Leapsome with Slack and BambooHR has been incredibly helpful, as it allows me to perform tasks directly from Slack without needing to log into another app. Before Leapsome, we didn't have any dedicated tool for our HR activities, and now, it has provided a very neat process for all these tasks.
