Leapcaller
When we first started out, we operated as a physician recruiting company staffed by a small team. One recruiter would be swamped with roughly 50 phone calls a day in addition to leaving countless voicemails and CRM management. In an effort to help our own coworkers out without resorting to hiring more recruiters, our engineering team made a small tool for power dialing numbers, and when a large healthcare facility expressed interest in our little tool, we realized the opportunity in front of us. Still utilizing a small team structure for quick and easy communication, we transitioned into a software development company and expanded our in-house dialing tool into a multi-faceted, robust business solution for businesses of all specialties and sizes. Our platform gives users the ability to call, text, and email their leads/customers! Combining authentic and personal communication with the business professional's sale and retention pipeline was now our company's goal. To this day we focus on ensuring LeapCaller provides the optimal experience for every user!
