What do you like best about Leap?

the ease of use with leap is amazing! implementing it was also a breeze since it integrates with alot of the stuff we are already using. we use it every day and the ability to do financing and payment capturing all through the app is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leap?

the only thing ive disliked so far was our first account manager wasnt too keen on replying promptly. we were assigned a new one and everything has been great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leap?

Shuts down in the middle of contract building on many occasions. The lack of ability to save or build contracts ahead of time is a hassle. It's embarrassing to have the software have to log me out in the middle of a contract signing . Having to rebuild the contract is a major issue for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Leaps interface is easy to learn and it links well with other applications. Customer support is awesome and fixes issues within a timely manner while still remaining professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The new system is not as easy to use or straight forward, but at least it gives you the option to switch to the old interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
