For material management, I havent found much that I dislike. It would be great if there were more features (past due plan flagging for updated dates, production attainment KPIs, ect) around the production processes to entice our production supervisors and leads to utlilze more frequently. LeanDNA is very user friendly and makes the boring ERP data more useful in form of charts or graphs. Trends over time and the ability to see the effects of changes in strategy are tracked on a daily basis. You can react much quicker to make the necessary adjustments if the change was ineffective, or better yet, if the change was very effective you can expand it to other areas to gain the maximum benefits. Improvements are constantly being made and they are open to suggestions for modifications, but patience is needed to wait for them to be implemented. LeanDNA is a standar tool easy of use and integrate. They work with severals ERPs making the implementation in a very fast way. As well provides a lot of featues to allow to end user have a great visibility of their shortages, inventories actions to take actions to avoid shortfalls, excesses, solve inventory challenges before they happen. LeanDNA provides agile solutions for today's Supply Chain professionals. There are four principle areas that I love most about the platform: 1.Integrated supplier collaboration through supplier copnnect (a lightweight supply portal)., 2. Clear to Build and focused shortage management, 3. Inventory control through their Inventory burndown analytics and directed procurement/inventory tasks, 4. There are no downsides to this platform. The team is courteous and partners extremely well with the business. They listen to the needs of the client and actively try to provide solutions within reasonable timeframes if the client requires additional functionality not currently available. The fact that you can set charts and reports to be always ready for review is awesome. Long gone are the days of having to run reports from SAP and then manually having to plot the charts.
