I appreciate the workflow, the interconnection between the different reports, and the ability to build an architecture to adapt the tool to our needs. We have worked extensively with LEAN DNA to build an architecture that allows us to manage our shortages through very precise and practical workflows such as: Clear To Build, Line of Balance, Purchase Orders, Shortages by Orders, Resources, Tasks Procurement.... The responsiveness of the customer support teams allows for constant evolution of the tool and yet remains quick because we really make a lot of requests :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it unfortunate that some reports lack filters that can be found in other reports. The flexibility of the filters is quite problematic, whereas it would seem simple to have the same "practicality" on this subject as we can find in EXCEL, for example.

The fact that we also cannot filter on free text is sometimes problematic.
