The information is not in real-time. Also, you need to manage to stabilize the tool, as there are too many changes and in a way that is too constant... this can be disturbing for the collaborators who do not yet feel comfortable with the tool. LeanDNA is so easy to use. It was easy to show our suppliers on what they need to do to respond to delivery and any delivery changes. I like that I can download a lot of the information into a spreadsheet to send to my suppliers. Then I can upload their response back into LeanDNA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish it would backup later in the day than twice in the AM. It doesn't get real time information from our system to LeanDNA, so our supplier's don't get actual information without use sending them emails or send them information in LeanDNA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With each report being very customizable per user.

The ability to download all reports is a huge benefit also.
