"Flexible Lead Routing with LeanData, Setup Could Improve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about LeanData?

I find LeanData pretty easy to set up and map, which is really helpful. It allows me to create complex routing scenarios, letting me get as intricate as I need to. I like that it doesn't limit me like some other routing tools have in the past. The ability to be flexible and stack different routing criteria on top of each other makes it really valuable. Also, LeanData is great at helping you map out everything, sitting with you to document and build it all, which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

I think setting up the mapping, it's kind of like this big flow map, you can do it in Excel-based, but I've seen other tools that are a little more just like an Excel, like line by line or row by row, which you can kinda do with LeanData. Just something that it manages a little easier than that and lets you see it. So that would be the one call out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Lead Routing with Intuitive Flexibility"
5/5
What do you like best about LeanData?

I like LeanData for its flexibility and ease of use. It's super agile, allowing me to make changes directly without relying on technical teams or Salesforce workflows. I find it really easy and intuitive to use, which makes handling lead routing and account-to-lead matching a breeze. LeanData covers a lot of use cases, and I appreciate how the only limit might be my creativity in leveraging the tool. It integrates tightly with Salesforce and also Google Calendar to seamlessly track OOO from people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

The fallback nodes should have a different UI. It messes up visually the graph, even if the use case is super valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-ready GTM operations enabled by intelligent routing and automation"
5/5
What do you like best about LeanData?

What I like most about LeanData is how it brings structure and reliability to complex GTM processes. It makes routing, ownership, and account matching consistent across teams, which reduces manual work and avoids confusion. It also helps keep CRM data clean and aligned, which is critical for scaling any revenue operations efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

The main downside is that it can become quite complex to manage as the business scales. Setting up and maintaining routing rules, graphs, and edge cases often requires ongoing effort and strong operational expertise. It’s powerful, but there’s a learning curve, and small configuration changes can sometimes have unintended downstream impact if not carefully managed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Graph Clarity and Fast, Safe Routing Drafts"
5/5
What do you like best about LeanData?

The level of clarity you get from the graph is excellent—you can see exactly why a lead was routed to a specific owner or territory.

Adding a new node (for example, round-robin hand-raisers to SDRs) takes minutes instead of hours. Updating territory assignments, swapping out individuals, and replacing people is quick too, and you usually don’t have to upload a new CSV file every time.

I also like that you can build and test a new routing draft safely without risking your live, active sales engine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

When building routing paths, the visual interface can sometimes fail to save properly or throw unexpected errors. We usually end up losing our work if we don’t manually save the graph every few minutes while editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful No-Code Routing and Seamless Lead Matching"
5/5
What do you like best about LeanData?

Lead-to-Account Matching (fuzzy + configurable)

LeanData’s matching engine links inbound leads/contacts to the correct Salesforce account using multiple signals (company name similarity plus domain/phone/address support), not just exact text matches.

This is the foundation for clean routing, attribution, and lifecycle reporting.

No-code Routing & Orchestration (FlowBuilder / graphs)

Drag-and-drop logic lets ops build complex “if this, then that” journeys for any object (leads, contacts, accounts, cases, onboarding records, renewals, etc.), across inbound → post-sale.

It’s designed to remove handoff ambiguity and automate signal-driven workflows without engineering.

"LeanData Streamlines Lead Routing with Intuitive, Flexible Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about LeanData?

LeanData helps streamline the routing and matching of leads, which makes our sales process more efficient. I appreciate how the platform improves data accuracy and cuts down on manual work through automation. The interface feels intuitive, and the routing logic is flexible enough to support our workflow without getting in the way. Overall, it’s been a valuable tool for strengthening our sales operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

I find the error-checking process in LeanData, Inc. a bit too manual, and there are some limitations when retrying lead conversions. Making these processes a little more streamlined would help make troubleshooting faster and more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Lead Routing with Customization Challenges"
4/5
What do you like best about LeanData?

I like LeanData's low-code, no-code aspect, which makes it accessible and easy to use. The integrations are great too; we've started exploring how well they work with our tech stack like Outreach, Clay, and Salesforce. I find it really valuable that Outreach can automatically sequence prospects without reps needing to do anything and Teams alerting reps quickly when a lead is assigned. Clay is useful for enrichment, adding value to our setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

Some of the integrations are a bit clunky and conflict with one another. Also some of the audit logs could be improved when leads meet criteria that should be routed. Not a lot but some slip through the cracks. Just make it easier to understand why it skipped a certain step versus just telling me where it ended - i.e. skip node go to the end even though it met criteria. "Visual Routing Made Easy with LeanData"
5/5
What do you like best about LeanData?

I use LeanData for inbound contact and lead routing, as well as merging and matching. It brilliantly solves complex routing processes, making it easy to visually see and break down the tasks. I like the visual graph building and node-based rules writing, which is much better than IF statement forms. It makes auditing easy and simplifies sharing our internal routing processes with stakeholders. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the team was really helpful, allowing me to enable myself to do it all on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

Logically speaking getting your head wrapped around the logic language of LeanData is the biggest hurdle but after that it's smooth sailing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accelerated Lead Conversion with Seamless Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about LeanData?

I like LeanData for the ease of setting up workflows, which helps us get leads into the hands of salespeople faster. The ability to implement the booking tool also enhances our experience by allowing us to convert a lead to a customer much quicker, increasing our future revenue. I also appreciate the help from the implementation team, who worked closely with us to set everything up, making the process fairly smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

Our contact had to check with the more technical staff for certain things, which slowed down the process to get fully up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Routing, Fast, Easy to Manage"
4/5
What do you like best about LeanData?

I find LeanData quite flexible, especially in its graph design, which offers a lot of different features. It allows me to determine nodes, perform checks, merge, and use true-false filtering. The data tables are also a highlight because they offer a more consolidated way of handling data rather than manually creating them in the graph. Additionally, the training materials are really helpful, making it easy to understand and use. For Salesforce, LeanData helps in routing thousands of lists mostly correctly to the right owner. The routing settings are flexible, allowing for real-time or batch processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

In our scenario with LeanData, triggering routings can be tricky. Sometimes, especially with round-robin pools, we get ping-pong between round-robin members. We've had to move from real-time routing to non-real-time because of this. Also, the fuzzy matching for leads to accounts isn't always accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
