As someone who frequently handles important documents for my company, I found LeaksID to be a reliable and efficient solution for our storage needs. What I like best about the platform is the unlimited space to upload documents, which has helped us keep our agreements, contracts, and NDAs organized and easily accessible. Additionally, the availability of an activity monitoring system and ACL templates for managing access rights has made it easier for us to keep track of who has access to what documents and ensure that our confidential information remains secure. Availability of workspaces with the ability to invite external users (free viewing option without registration, no need to pay per user if you just send them a file for viewing) 3. What do you dislike about LeaksID? There is no built-in advanced onboarding, it is not entirely clear how to conduct investigations and how documents are marked. We have sensitive documents in our company, and we were afraid to just send them by mail or through insecure systems. LeaksID just offers to additionally mark documents with invisible marks for protection (this is how we additionally create a preventive effect, since our partners and employees know that the system is installed and in case of any leak we will be able to determine who did it). LeaksID has the ability to create your own folders and work together with the team, sharing documents both within the environment and with partners. Having the ability to set restrictions on actions during the exchange (for example, a ban on downloading) is a very useful feature. In addition, it is possible to download an archive with the desired number of copies by simply entering the names for the files, and the system itself will apply these names to the copies and download the archive for you. What do you dislike about LeaksID? I could not find what integrations LeaksID has with other systems. We need to not only share them but also track the activity with these documents after sending. The function of tracking activity with each document will help a lot to understand whether the recipient has opened it or not. Convenient drag-and-drop functionality that allows you to quickly upload your files to the space. It is possible to customize the space by creating your own folder structure and workspaces. You can manage access rights to documents for third parties. Built-in invisible document protection marking does not interfere with work at all, it works in the background. And we don't want them to just be stored in the cloud, like Google Drive, because that's not entirely secure. Logging of all user actions within the system in order to track deviations and unauthorized actions (for example, to track who shared a document with whom from the system). Expanded sharing options. The marking, which enriches all documents, is applied absolutely imperceptibly to the user. It is not entirely clear if LeaksID already has integrations with DLP and SIEM systems, it would be good to share the plans from the roadmap with users in order to understand what to expect in the future. When exchanging confidential data with partners, we had a leak several times, since we learned about it quickly enough and it did not bring negative consequences.
