## Leah Reviews
  ### 1. Helpful for Simple Contracts, But AI Mistakes and Missed Nuance Need Work

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph W. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Leah?**

It’s really helpful when I need to write or review contracts, and it saves me the hassle of hiring a lawyer for simple business agreements.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Because it’s an AI, it can make mistakes and may also fail to understand nuances that a human lawyer would be capable of.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It meets the need for legal advice in straightforward situations, and it can review contracts and let you know if anything seems out of place.

  ### 2. A powerful CLM platform that streamlines legal workflows with smart automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lalitha J. | Assistant Vice President - Litigation and Investigation Services , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Leah?**

The best part about ContractPodAi is its AI-powered contract automation. It simplifies drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, saving valuable time and reducing legal risk. The smart templates and clause library also ensure consistency and compliance across documents.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

One area where ContractPodAi could improve is reporting flexibility. The analytics dashboards are somewhat limited when it comes to custom legal KPIs. Also, during high-usage periods or bulk uploads, the platform can slow down. Lastly, the onboarding process can be complex without strong implementation support.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ContractPodAi is solving the challenge of managing large volumes of contracts across multiple teams and departments. It reduces manual work through automation, ensures compliance with pre-approved clauses, and improves visibility with centralized storage. This has led to faster contract turnaround times, fewer errors, and better alignment between legal and business functions.

  ### 3. Regular User of the Standalone LeahAI tool from ContractPodAI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Leah?**

I'm currently using the LeahAI tool every day.
Part of my job is to review templates and executed contracts, and generate playbooks. LeahAI has been a gamechanger in (1) how quickly we can generate a first draft and (2) how much less lawyer time we need to get there. I can give lawyers on the team a genAI first draft playbook rather than a blank sheet of paper. You need human review, of course, but it's such a lift.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

I think it could be easier to navigate the tool - although getting better with each release.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed to first draft of contract playbooks
Understanding the purpose of different agreements (I am not a lawyer) and comparing across them
Checking that a batch of executed contracts is complete and reflects the right contract type

  ### 4. A Powerful, User-Friendly CLM Platform with Strong AI Capabilities and Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Leah?**

What I like most about ContractPodAi is its ability to combine robust contract lifecycle management functionality with a user-friendly interface and powerful automation features. The GenAI capabilities—especially the Leah assistant—are a standout. They’ve made it incredibly easy to generate first drafts, summarize long agreements, and identify key clauses quickly, which has saved our legal team significant time and effort.

Another major plus is the flexibility of the workflow engine. We’ve been able to design custom approval paths and automate alerts for key dates, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The centralized repository with smart search also means we never waste time looking for contracts or past terms.

Overall, it strikes the right balance between legal-grade functionality and business usability. The support and partnership from the ContractPodAi team throughout the implementation and ongoing use has also been a big value-add.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

While our overall experience has been excellent, one area that could use improvement is the customization flexibility within certain modules—especially when it comes to adapting workflows or dashboards beyond standard configurations. Some advanced configurations required support from the ContractPodAi team instead of being fully self-service.

Additionally, while the AI features are powerful, there’s still room to improve how seamlessly they integrate across different document types and formats, especially in more complex use cases. That said, these limitations haven’t impacted our overall adoption or satisfaction, and we’ve seen consistent improvements with every product update.

The vendor is responsive and open to feedback, and we’ve already seen some of these issues being addressed in the product roadmap.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ContractPodAi is helping us solve key challenges in contract visibility, standardization, and turnaround time. By automating workflows, enabling self-service contract generation, and centralizing our repository, it has reduced manual work, improved compliance, and accelerated approvals. The AI tools have also enhanced review quality and freed up legal resources for strategic work.

  ### 5. Empowering Contract Management with ContractPodAi

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aayushi B. | Senior Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Leah?**

What I like best about ContractPodAi is its ease of implementation and user-friendly design. It offers robust features, seamless integrations, and responsive customer support. The platform’s AI-driven capabilities, combined with its flexibility and comprehensive CLM tools, make contract management efficient, scalable, and easy to adopt across teams.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

ContractPodAi has greatly improved our contract management process. With continued enhancements, such as more intuitive access to advanced features, smoother performance during peak usage, and stronger real-time collaboration tools, the platform could become even more impactful. These refinements would further elevate an already valuable and well-supported CLM solution.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ContractPodAi streamlines end-to-end contract management by automating manual tasks, centralizing documents, and enabling clause-level analysis. It reduces legal and compliance risks, improves turnaround time, and enhances visibility across teams. These capabilities have empowered us to manage contracts more efficiently, ensure consistency, and focus on higher-value legal work.

  ### 6. Great Tool That Makes My Life Easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Leah?**

ContractPodAi has greatly improved our contract management process by automating workflows, which steamlines each step from creation to execution and contract life cycle management. The central repository ensures easy access and visibility to all contracts and the search functionality is both simple and customizeable. The solution is user-friendly and the customer support is responsive. The implementation team was great as is our customer success manager. It was easy to integrated CPAi with our DocuSign and O365 installations as well as implement single sign on. CPAi has optimized our contract management. CPAi replaced our previous workflow system -- I'm in the system everyday and the efficiency it provides makes my life easier.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Although it's extremely user friendly, users that only submit one or two contracts a year have some difficulty (although I attribute this more to user error than to CPAi). The system sends emails out to users for every step of the process - we would prefer to have the flexibility to choose which automated messages go out.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflows and intake forms that we were able to customize with fields to provide us the data we need to properly evaluate the risks of each contract. The renewal reminders will help prevent missed terminations/unintentional renewals. The overall contract management process with CPAi provides visibility into what step we are at in the contract process for both the legal department and the business, which helps keep contract negotiations on track. The central repository along with the robust search functionality make it easy to find what you need quickly.

  ### 7. Great tool for your CLM needs!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Leah?**

An intuitive and easy to use CLM system that has significantly improved our contract review process and allowed us to capture important contract data. The continued support from our success manager, Pratiksha, shows how the company continues to value their customers even after implementation.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Certain customizations are affected by the bigger upgrades and sometimes makes the system unusable but with the help of the support team and our success manager, the fixes are done promptly.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company previously had a rudimentary process for contract review with an unfavorable connection between the legal department and the business leaders who were requesting contracts with third parties. This system has helped streamline the process as well as provided an easy to use platform for all of our contract life cycle needs.

  ### 8. Innovative Contract Management Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Leah?**

Customizable to the needs of your business.
Ease of use
User interface
Affordability
Customer Service

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Workflows can be difficult. More instructional videos would be beneficial covering workflows and updates.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlines the contract creation process resulting in a faster turnaround and higher contract visibility across the business.

  ### 9. Great Platform and Great People!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kellie M. | Contracts and Compliance Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Leah?**

I love how easy it is to use and really like how we can automate our templates with intake forms. The KLOs are also really helpful to quickly pull any important language. The team at ContractPodAI are all super helpful! Julie Jury specifically always went out of her way to help us and to make sure things were moving along at the pace we wanted.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

There were a lot of questions to address regarding contracts being migrated but this is mostly on us as our contracts were not super organized prior to being migrated.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ContractPodAi is helping us see what phase each contract is in. Before there would be confusion as to why a contract is being held up, who is causing a delay, who is it sitting with, etc. but now we can easily see who is reviewing it and what stage it is in.

  ### 10. Excellent Experience with ContractPodAI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hunter S. | VP Business Affairs & General Counsel, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Leah?**

The ContractPodAI team (from sales and technical implementation to customer support and training) are invaluable partners and collaborators who are importantly invested in our adoption and results driven approach to using ContractPodAI. There is simply no ask too big or too small - they are true partners. The product itself is feature rich, with an intuitive UI, and critical integrations with native applications (e.g., Outlook and Word) making the product not only easy to use, but also frequently used, leading to opportunities for data rich analytics. Moreover, the company has a winning roadmap combining the power of Leah (thier powerful GenAi product) with thier CLM product.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

A highly configurable and feature rich enterprise application can be challenging for an organization to quickly unlock all the value of ContractPodAI they are paying for where it's missing certain pre-defined processes and/or a dedicated legal operations team/team member to help drive continuous process improvement. ContractPodAI, however, offers a lot of support to help its partners extract value, which is a critical component of the value chain.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ContractPodAI is helping drive scale, speed and accuracy across our contract value chain (including intake, review, negotiation, recall and extraction).

  ### 11. Experienced Leader

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam B. | Senior Manager, Legal Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Leah?**

The wealth of expertise and experience ContractPodAi has in the contract management and artificial intelligence market is unmatched from a longevity and capability standpoint.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

I have not encournted any downsides that are detrimental to product use.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using ContractPodAi to solve problems related to sophisticated reporting, centralized repository, consistency in redlining, and assisting in risk rating and review of work we are asked to perform.

  ### 12. Continuously Improving the Product and Consistently Great Customer Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Leah?**

ContractPod listens to customer feedback and implements meaningful solutions as they evolve the product. I appreciate that their product is continuously improving. In addition to their product evolution, they’ve been consistently supportive of my businesses changing needs from the solution. They’ve supported us in some pretty hefty configuration changes that helped us simplify our contracting processes. They've been a great partner over the years!

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Initial implementation can be a little bumpy. Have an open mind about changes to your current contracting processes as current state may not be an exact fit for what is offered. That said, ContractPod is creative and will find a way to get it done!

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of Contract Management

  ### 13. Responsive team/Adaptive product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Leah?**

The system’s ability to grow and meet changing needs. The implementation team works to understand the workflow process and implement accordingly with customer needs. Our organization has asked for a few core changes that the development team took to task and delivered. Various levels of users have noted to ease of use for the site with contract generation. Lastly, customer support provides quick and helpful answers to find a solution.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Migrating a legacy platform over is cumbersome and could be a little more structured but the teams overseeing the data are thorough. Reporting is an area that could use some development as end users have a difficult time leveraging what is available and system administrators don't have a lot of control over what is provided out of the box.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data management and contract oversight based on expiry dates.

  ### 14. ContractPodAi - fantastic platform for contract management!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Leah?**

ContractPodAi is an efficient way to support your contract management needs! Our company worked with and designed the platform with the ContractPodAi team day in and day out to tailor the system to our desired needs. The team is informative, collective, and very helpful every step of the way. ContractPodAI is appealing, modern and includes tons of different functions including an AI component. We enjoy using ContractPodAI for our contracting support!

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

I don't generally dislike anything. I am still learning the system and enjoy getting to test out the different functions to fit ours needs.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ContractPodAi is helping our business be efficient with intake of contracts, negotiating contracts, sending for signature and storing them all in one space. ContractPodAi is used to reduce email traffic.

  ### 15. ContractPodAI review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassidee F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Leah?**

ContractPodAI is very dynamic and is adaptable to our needs. The team is always willing to help us find a solutions.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

There are a few limitations in the system, but ContractPodAI has workarounds. A user must have a license to recieve emails, and it would be nice to be able to view emails from the system without having a license.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us with the legal intake system and improving the process for submitting contracts. Also, it is a repository for all of our contracts.

  ### 16. Eager to satisfy

The team at ContractPodAI has been more than eager to go above and beyond to make sure that they give a white glove experience. Quick to respond to emails and have not had a suitable resolution yet.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

It would be nice if ContractPodAI had industry experts in their ranks if there were specific sectors they were targeting. It may help ease the burden on the client to explain the requirements.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides a centralized contract repository that has helpful enhancements that allow the client to easily process and analyze the legal risk associated with contracting.

  ### 17. BAYADA - CPAI Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Leah?**

The ease of use and customer support has been great!

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Enhanced redlining abilities. We have not used the generative AI feature yet, though.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest problem right now is with the redlining for Legal and Payor Contracting. However, we have been working closely with our Legal engineer to help resolve the issue. She has been great!

  ### 18. Easy to use CLM platform loaded with features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Leah?**

Implementation support and onging customer support is excellent and very repsonsive. It's easy to modify and manage the platform in house, but if you have any diufficulties the support team are always there to assist.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

It's easy to over complicate the implementation, because the platform has so many features. Keep it simple and have your processes well mapped and templates finalised before you get started.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistent use of approved templates
Single location contract repository
Ability to create expiry profiles with ease
Centralised legal intake

  ### 19. Patient and Customer Focused

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Leah?**

The ContractPod team has been collaborative and helpful in listening and learning to our organization's needs. During the set-up process, their team made suggestions that will lead to us using ContractPod even more effectively than we hoped!

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

The user interface is a bit clunky at first, but very customizable.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a number of contracts that just existed in folders with no real organization. ContractPod helps organize contracts by counterparty and vendors in an effecient manner.

  ### 20. Excellent implementation process & simple UX

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Leah?**

Knowledgable implementation SE lead. User friendly and highly configurable back end with no code platform.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

I would like to see the platform expand to supplier management and even eTendering for full end to end spend management.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract repository which we never previously had, delivering far greater compliance and minimising risk. Improved approval workflow.

  ### 21. Powerful CLM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Leah?**

Cradle to grave Contract Lifecycle Management platform that is easy to configure, user friendly, and very capable

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Nothing that I dislike - the system does what it's meant to do.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ContractPodAi has reduced (if not eradicated) non-standard/approved contract precedents being used within the organisation. Workflow has improved (by using the system as a "self-help" tool to enable various departments to author their own contracts

  ### 22. Implementing CPAi

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack M. | Vice President, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Leah?**

Incredible customer service, easy deployment for repository. Simple intuitive repository process.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Clunky workflow set up (offset by very comprehensive hands on live help from customer experience team)(

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One place for all agreements! Reduced processing time for new agreements. Lifecycle Management much easier.

  ### 23. Comprehensive Platform for Contract Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Leah?**

ContractPodAi is the best cloud-based platform for contract management. It is entirely customizable to the desired needs of each business. It makes creating, saving, and distributing contracts and other legal documents easy.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

There is a lengthy on-boarding process when you sign up for CPAi. It involves many virtual meetings, weekly check-ins, uploading of all legacy contracts, etc. If you don't have the right team in place to facilitate all the material they need you to gather, it can be an overwhelming task.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having our daily-use contracts in one place for non-legal department employees to easily access and create is a game-changer. It helps create efficiencies in our legal department that we couldn't have imagined before.

  ### 24. Engaging

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Leah?**

Support and knowledge availability of the core group.

Great stakeholder engagement with ontime delivery.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Way to look at integrating Salesforce nd CPai both waya

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great collaboration tool

  ### 25. Overall very satisfied with the product features and support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankur G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Leah?**

1. Strong support and implementation ecosystem to tailor the needs as per our use case
2. SFDC integration allows quicker adoption
3. AI powered feature rich interface for the legal teams to do quick contracts with less manual intervention

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

1. The SFDC integration can be much better with more flexibility to handle user interface design. Today it does the job but is still very limited in its capabilities.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customer onboarding was slow due to time taken to complete legal documentation such as NDA, SOW and MSA. With CPAi, we expect the TAT to onboard a new customer to reduce a lot. Our sales team will focus more on sales and less on the administrative legal work which could be automated with contract podAi

  ### 26. Satisfied CPAI User!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Leah?**

CPAI helps us keep track of key milestone dates, eliminates redundancy, provides critical performance metrics, supports real-time collaboration, and tracks all versions of a document.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

TBD - have not used CPAI long enough to make this determination - thus far, great with contract creation, negotiation and collaboration, administration and execution, ongoing management and renewal, and renewal and tracking.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Has streamlined and automated our approach to managing existing contracts and creating new ones, including initiation, authoring, process and workflow, negotiation and approval, execution, ongoing mangement and compliance (within the repository), and contract renewal. It is helping us to improve productivity and reduce error.

  ### 27. Good onboarding gives a good experience.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anders W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Leah?**

We have chosen to go with ContractPodAI.

When we have looked at the solution, we have been impressed with their UX, which allows Contract Management to become more case management-oriented. At the same time, the solution also provides a clear overview of the individual Contract Managers (CM) tasks associated with different contracts – both at contract level and at CM level.

Their integration with Outlook, which allows you to reserve space in the calendar and an easily accessible way to create and upload to appointments directly from Outlook, results in less administrative hassle when creating appointments.

They also have good opportunities to create contract hierarchies, these hierarchies are intuitively presented and allow easy navigation between the different agreements. Which provides an overview in cases where there are sub-agreements and triggers on applicable agreements.

In addition, they have implemented an AI tool that allows automatic classification of various contract clauses directly from contract documents, e.g. DBA section, Force Majeure, etc.

These functionalities are exiting and we are looking forward to useing ContractPodAI.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Our experience in the preliminary implementation proces has been good, if one must nitpick som of the translations in the danish test demo was off by not beeing the correct translation choice.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CPAI solves structuring of contracts and connecting associated contracts, this allows us to get a clear view of what individual contracts constitute the whole picture with a given supplier.

Furthermore, CPAI allows us to aggregate contract information and gain increased understanding of our whole contract mass. Lastly, it has strong search capabilities which allows us to quickly find relevant contracts when an ad hoc challenge materializes.

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Leah?**

The software is easy to use and very intuitive, even for those that aren't tech-savvy. The training ContractPodAi has provided to our team has been very thorough, and they even train individuals on a one-on-one basis as needed or as they're hired. We can ask a question (or many) and get a response extremely quickly. Document integration/uploading is quick to do on our own, but their team has been quick doing our giant batch upload for us. We have been working with the software and employees for almost a year, and the customer service hasn't faltered when other companies would let us go to the wayside after they activate our service/software.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

The only downside that our company has found is ContractPodAi doesn't integrate with DocuSign, only AdobeSign. This isn't a make-or-break because we decided to switch to AdobeSign to use the software fully.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can use ContractPodAi for a document repository (so no network access or other cloud storage service) that we can give access to our entities on a limited basis, so we don't have to spend a lot of time searching for documents for others. We can also take away access with the click of a button rather than waiting on an IT department. It makes our company more efficient and gives less wait time for those requesting information while not adding tasks to our list. We're beginning to use the software to sign documents (so we don't exchange a million emails).

  ### 29. We are still in the implementation stage but so far, so good.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Leah?**

The flexibility and agility of both the software and the team. The ability to customize works really well with some of the nuances of our business.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

So far, nothing I would say I disliked, a few workarounds but nothing we have not been able to figure out. As I can imagine is the case with any CLM, a lot of heavy lifting upfront but the team has been really helpful throughout the process.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are manual across the board with little visibility into our contracts. Plus, our contracts are stored all over the place. CPAi is helping to automate our processes and give better visibility with a central repository and hopefully one source of truth for legal operations.

  ### 30. ContractPodAI User- Friendly and Efficient contract management System!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marquisha J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Leah?**

What I find most helpful is the functionality of being able to track important dates like auto-renewals, expirations, etc. The dashboard is also a great tool to see what contract needs to be reviewed.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

ContractpodAI is exceptionally user-friendly and resourceful. However, our company would love an extended search feature that allows us to search records and documents in more ways.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall the software has been straightforward for our in-house team, and our business users love being able to easily search for contracts and have them all in a central location.

  ### 31. Slow and steady

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tammy P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Leah?**

ContractPodAi is highly customizable, and able to meet our business use case. It's intuitive (for the most part) such that even a lawyer can work the backend of the system!

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

We had a number of challenges at the beginning. Because of the youthfulness of the product, there have been some hiccups when doing significant platform updates. But the issues are fewer and further between.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a centralized repository for all contracts and freeing up the legal team from contract review burnout.

  ### 32. ContractPod provides an intuitive, robust contract lifecycle management platform.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Leah?**

ContractPod has an attractive user interface and is very easy to use. It has transformed our contracting process and improved our negotiation, redlining, approvals, monitoring, and storage by significant margins.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

I wish the artificial intelligence capabilities were not limited to a small number of attributes. AI would be incredibly beneficial for uploading existing contracts along with allowing unlimited use on new contracts.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ContractPod is solving problems across our entire contract lifecycle. It simplifies contract review requests. It makes negotiating and redlining much easier. It simplifies our approval process. It also takes our storage and visibility into metadata within existing contracts to the next level.

  ### 33. Great Value for a Great Product

Ease of use
Responsiveness and service from account team
Responsiveness and follow through from support and dev teams
Deep sights analytics

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Self imposed support tickets
Reporting could be a lot better
Could be more intuitive

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Global company with multiple stores of contracts, so using one online SaaS CLM means we all have access to all the contracts all the time

  ### 34. Excellent Product That Does What It Needs to Do

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Leah?**

Ability to handle CLM from cradle to grave, including Role Allocations, Workflow Management, Approval Management

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

None that I can think of - it works as expected

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduces the need for additional legal department headcount. The organisation is empowered to create their own legal documents within ContractPodAi - little/no supervision required by Legal team

  ### 35. Great product with great implementaiton team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Leah?**

In addition to really good functionality, the implementation team has been super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Some of the KLO (key legal obligation) functionality is a bit glitchy.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is providing us with both an improved contracting process as well as a searchable single source of truth for all of our contracts.

  ### 36. ContractPodai contract Management tool review

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Leah?**

Automation of the contract life cycle to certain extent.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

The detailed Roadmap is not shared by the team in advance.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AUtomating the request process from SFDC to the CLM tool

  ### 37. I am a huge fan of ContractPodAi

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alina D. | Legal administrative coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Leah?**

Experienced team ready to fully take on a challenge and turn it into a valuable solution for their customers.

Also, from an admin perspective: (1) the ability to keep track of contracts across multiple group verticals and brands; (2) the ability to have quick but insightful overviews by creating system reports; (3) simplified contract approval and execution process.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Nothing really at this point. Every adjustment that we requested has been implemented or is being worked upon. When fully implemented, it will be an invaluable tool for us. Plus, it looks amazing in the upgraded format

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traceability of the contracts - solved. Approval and signing process in one place - solved. Various reports that would otherwise take days released in a couple of minutes - solved. And these benefits are only a few to mention and only from the admin perspective.

  ### 38. Versatile system

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Leah?**

Highly versatile system with many good contract management features built in.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

The downside of the system is that despite being a modular system it requires a lot of maintenance/upkeep if want to modify existing configurations.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting a global contract management system in place and reducing administrative workload by finding documents and keeping track on approval flows etc.

  ### 39. Comprehensive Contract Management System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lesley-Anne M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Leah?**

ContractPodAi provides a streamlined contracting process and one source of truth for finding and maintaining contracts to increase efficiencies within the company.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

I do not have anything I currently dislike about ContractPodAi.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ContractPodAi provides a contract repository for all the firm's contracts and a streamlined contracting process.

  ### 40. Innovative and Responsive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard T. | Head of Legal, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Leah?**

A relatively simple user interface with excellent search functionality and an excellent AI review tool has made this service a useful addition to our processes.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Bespoke adaptations can be more difficult to obtain as some functions/improvements seem to be only changeable across all clients rather than specific ones which although not ideal it is no gamechanger

**Recommendations to others considering Leah:**

Keep things simple when preparing for implementation, get your core work streams right first!

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ContractPodAi is enhancing business transparency and record management whilst delivering efficiency gains in contract review and approval through its AI and workflow management. It means we can quickly review tender documents or contract requests (or generate our own) in multiple languages within a greatly reduced time frame freeing up more valuable resources for other matters.

  ### 41. Contract Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca E. | Procurement Contract Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Leah?**

The ContractPodAI team are on hand to help with any queries and development requests that we have raised. The development process, whilst not to the project plan, has been smooth and they have taken all our requests into account and supported where it is possible to meet our requests.

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

The system, whilst very flexible, is not completely adaptable. There are some developments that we have wanted to make but are not able to because the system is not able to do this.

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have a business wide contract management system where all contracts can be stored, having ContractPodAI will allow us to have greater visibility across the business, managing not only Procurement and Legal contracts but all department contracts. It will also allow us to review and create reports to manage our contracts and create workplans.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Leah?**

What I like best is the flexibility of the platform - you can chose which features to release to the business to manage the level of change and continually configure the system as requirements grow/change over time

**What do you dislike about Leah?**

Nothing to dislike - we have received excellent feedback from the business on the platform itself. One point to feedback for implementation is that greater visibility of the QA processes early would be helpful for clients to plan their on internal testing resources if required

**Recommendations to others considering Leah:**

N/A

**What problems is Leah solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enhanced searching capability - reducing the time and effort required to search for contracts and search for text within contracts.
