Amazing support staff, usually excellent ticket approval times. I enjoy the UX as well. The marketplace option is great, easy to navigate and use. Big fan od the idea in general, and it's execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about League? For the past month, ticket approval time has been significantly delayed. People have been waiting weeks for their claims to be processes, as opposed to the hours that it used to be. Very disappointing given the gravity of the consequences this could result in for people's lives and financial stability, all with no proactive communication from the company on the delays or an understanding of when times will return to normal. I'm not sure why this sudden change took place, but it's disappointing that there's not capacity or process to handle high volume. The support team has been very kind, and I believe they're doing the best they can given whatever parameters they were given. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Lots of learning opportunities regarding self-care. Excellent employee benefits and rewards available. Simple tasks earns points which are extremely easy to do and keeps employees engaged regularly. It can be a bit slow and some screens will not load and requires force quitting the app to reset it. Another issue with the app is the login does not work with password managers. It provides easy and simple access to all my benefits provided by employer in one place. It also allows me to submit expenses or my lifestyle spending account. It could take a while before the support team is able to give the answer you need although they are responsive to begin with. Integrations with other systems is cumbersome. Some of the tech is a little bit wonky and it impacts the user experience. As an example, the Journey in League frequently freeze and cannot be completed without intervention by customer support. Support replies are fast, concise and precise. Even when there are communication or system issues I had 100% satisfactory driver resolution with your support so far. It would be lovely to have a bit more flexibility with our league credit after we chose to allocate it to LSA. A lot can change in a few months for a family, and it would bring your service to another level if there was the possibility of at least a percentage of flexible allocation (resources that could be used in more than one feature and are always spent last only after other resources are over when applying for claims). League offers one of the best chat support I've ever been graced with: people were respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and driven to solve my issue or present me with the right resources to understand my request. League makes it easy to access the benefits I am entitled to through my corporation (Shopify). The rules are clear and I love how easy it is to access information and ask for assistance. The LSA is a treasured benefit in our home, and we absolutely love how accessible the system is and how easy it is to submit claims or fix issues with submitted claims. I can't stress this point enough, because for the vast majority of services claiming anything is a nightmare, and troubleshooting issues with claims is a level-up to a hellish nightmare. It takes us hours, sometimes days, to submit simple claims related to our dog's well-being using other platforms, for example, while the couple of times I used league for that it took me a few seconds to submit and a couple of minutes to fix my claim with the chat support. Hassle-free approval.Very easy navigation on the website. Even customer service is always available and they make sure that we are satisfied. They provide clear and understandble information. Which had made me more productive at work. I have controlled my weight and staying hydrated made me feel more confident in meetings and client presentations. I find sometimes when loading the LifeMarket , when I get promotion/alerts via the app , i find its slow to load , it might have to do with the fact that its redirecting me to a web browser instead of within the app. Thus I tend to view Lifemarket, via my desktop now. What do you dislike about League? The login tools need work. I have authenticated myself for FaceID multiple times and the authentication has held for at most a few days. Would be nice to be able to save some of the content from the focus areas or have some way to review ones you have completed.
