Even when there are communication or system issues I had 100% satisfactory driver resolution with your support so far. Outstanding. **What do you dislike about League?** It would be lovely to have a bit more flexibility with our league credit after we chose to allocate it to LSA. A lot can change in a few months for a family, and it would bring your service to another level if there was the possibility of at least a percentage of flexible allocation (resources that could be used in more than one feature and are always spent last only after other resources are over when applying for claims). **Recommendations to others considering League:** Talk to support. Use all the free resources available, but more than anything: talk to support. League offers one of the best chat support I've ever been graced with: people were respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and driven to solve my issue or present me with the right resources to understand my request. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** League makes it easy to access the benefits I am entitled to through my corporation (Shopify). The rules are clear and I love how easy it is to access information and ask for assistance. The LSA is a treasured benefit in our home, and we absolutely love how accessible the system is and how easy it is to submit claims or fix issues with submitted claims. I can't stress this point enough, because for the vast majority of services claiming anything is a nightmare, and troubleshooting issues with claims is a level-up to a hellish nightmare. It takes us hours, sometimes days, to submit simple claims related to our dog's well-being using other platforms, for example, while the couple of times I used league for that it took me a few seconds to submit and a couple of minutes to fix my claim with the chat support. Like it's not sufficient for the whole family for entire year. Super easy to see what amounts I have left in my wallet via my phone/the app. By far one of the best medical insurance companies I have ever had. **What do you dislike about League?** I find sometimes when loading the LifeMarket , when I get promotion/alerts via the app , i find its slow to load , it might have to do with the fact that its redirecting me to a web browser instead of within the app. Thus I tend to view Lifemarket, via my desktop now. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just streamlining my medical expenses making it super easy and straightforward. I actually look forward to using my League account when the time comes and don't dread the procedures that medical expenses can sometimes have. ### 4. It's easy to access the wallet and show the health cards when needed. The process of submitting a claim is very easy and quick. I don't think many people use this feature but I like learning about different programs and receiving achievements for those completions. Customer care is quick, easy, and helpful. They approve your claims within 1-4 business days and you get the reimbursement quickly. **What do you dislike about League?** I don't like the admin portal too much because I find it limiting in some aspects. For example, if you wanted to see who is currently in the enrollment process and download the report, the report doesn't contain any useful information. It's not too user-friendly in this aspect, but if you take the time to explore each feature yourself, you may be able to grasp the platform. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like the League integration with our HRIS Hibob because a lot of stuff is automated now, such as account creation, enrolment invites, terminations. The only limitation that we are solving now is whenever someone is receiving extended benefits coverage, then automation can be a bit tricky, but we are working with the League team to find a solution that works best for us. League's customer support is so nice because I can redirect employees to ask questions to them, or if I have a question myself, they are usually helpful and quick with responses. ### 5. As a smaller business owner without a huge HR infrastructure required yet at this stage, it's a invaluable to have this turn-key service that truly operates as an extension to our business. **What do you dislike about League?** Some abilities that should be able to be handled by the admin (adjusting allocations on different employees, for example) have to go through League Support. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're providing our employees with a valuable and user-friendly benefits program. Traditional benefits programs are cumbersome and overwhelming. League eliminates that both for the user and the admin/business owners. ### 30. I also love all of the health and wellness programs that our employees can access in the app. Additionally, although many employees will still reach out to me directly with benefits questions, it's nice to have the option to direct employees to League, which helps save me time that I can then invest in other HR initiatives. The team at League is always super friendly and ready to troubleshoot any issues that either myself or my employees might have. **What do you dislike about League?** I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at League, but as an expanding organization that serves as both a benefit broker AND benefit technlogogy platform, I find that balls can sometimes be dropped between the League's various departments and team members. Fortuately, I've always been assigned one main go-to League representative and as stated above, they have always been on top of my account and have been incredibly helpful in assisting me in troubleshooting any benefit related issues. With that being said, as a result of past mistakes made by League regarding employee enrollments and terminations, I have a tendency to follow up with the League team anytime employee changes are made to ensure that any enrollments or terminations are being processed correctly. Regarding their technology, although I love the app on the user side and think it's a wonderful benefit for our employees, I think that improvements could be made to the technology on the adinistrative side. For example, I've had to actively maintain our employee list in League by running employee status change reports in our payroll system and then manually enter all new additions, terminations or benefit class changes into League myself, which is not ideal. Unfortunately, after the pandemic hit, League put all integrations on hold, but I'm hopeful that we'll be able to have this option in the near future. I've also experienced some technical difficulties with the roll out of Open Enrollment. Our first OE with League was very smooth, but our second OE in November of 2020 was a source of much frustration. Due to some programming errors by League in the lead up to OE, we had an entire class of employees whose enrollment selections were not saved correctly, which then caused much additional work for both myself and my team at League. But even with the challenges noted in this review, I would still highly recommend League for both their incredible benefit service and their knowledgeable, helpful and friendly team members. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** Regarding any problems that I'm solving with League, they have been very helpful in resolving employee benefit questions and issues, and as an HR department of one, it's nice to have a team of people to lean on who can assist me in resolving any benefit issues. Regarding the Open Issues that I noted earlier in my review, once the problem was recognized, the team at League was on top of a resolution and they were wiling to go above and beyond to remedy the errors. ### 31. Members in our organization have found the app incredibly easy to use and have accessed many of the value-added offerings League provides. The reimbursement process is simple and very quick, and the chat feature makes it easy for users to get the information they need in a timely way. From a system standpoint, League has been responsive and adaptable, meeting the needs of our organization at every step of the way. We recommend League as a way to support the health and wellness of staff in any organization. **What do you dislike about League?** There is occasional inconsistency in messaging provided to users by Customer Care. When flagged, though, it is corrected immediately. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** Users have reported feeling more supported through the flexibility and individualization of health and lifestyle benefits through League than through insurance-based health plans. ### 35. The platform is a great way for employees to have the information at their fingertips instead of HR being the roadblock or bottleneck for info. (we're also not the experts). Added features like the health concierge is really great. **What do you dislike about League?** Bombs like the changing of the pricing strategies was a bit frustrating. Not only was the information given to us with only 1 month to digest it does not seem fair. I can see how static billing would be beneficial for the company (League) to have steady income but smaller entrepreneurial companies change and having to only revisit this every 6 months doesn't seem to be beneficial fo the company. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** The health concierge has been very beneficial to those (especially during COVID-19) to not have to leave their homes to get sound advice ### 36. I was surprised with the ease of claiming anything and the faster processing of reimbursements. I love completing its different programs and it gives me a sense of achievement. It has got excellent resources in the blog section which I can refer to when I have time. There are tons of free programs/resources from different vendors, one example is 'The Well'. I enjoy it very much. **What do you dislike about League?** Nothing. I wish it had more programs for children and youth. I would recommend adding more programs on women health and fitness. **Recommendations to others considering League:** Contact support in case of doubt about your policy. They are very helpful. Enjoy different League programs. They have amazing vendors to work with. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** If I start a program I used to forget doing it consistently. But with the notifications from League app I am able to finish them. I have been able to claim my reimbursements faster. In previous workplaces I used to ignore claiming my reimbursements cause the process was cumbersome. Now I love to login and play with League to find helpful resources/good reads and ideas on how I can stay healthy. The website and the app are comprehensive yet very easy to navigate. The customer service agents are amazing. I cannot reach out to them without any hesitation. They are very very helpful. I am not afraid of claiming wrong amount or being questioned on anything as I can contact League before submitting any claim. It would be cool to have the chat there from previous conversations in case I need to reference something we had already spoken about. No to mention, they have an outstanding customer service team that is ready to answer any questions you may have. All I have to do is open the live chat and one of their agents responds. There is no hassle at all. In addition, it is also very easy to use the app as well as visually appealing. **What do you dislike about League?** Sometimes, there are new slight tweaks to my benefits coverage that I do not know about. I think it would be helpful if the app was able to notify me when I am covered for something new or when I am no longer covered for certain things. It is just less hassle to keep checking. **Recommendations to others considering League:** When using League, make great use of their customer service team and do not be afraid to ask any questions.
