There is new update which requires me to sign in every single time. I understand that it is just to keep my account safer but I would prefer staying logged in. As an administrator with several other tasks to my day League makes dealing with benefits questions easy. I open a help ticket to request changes, inquire about members questions or concerns and they always come back with an answer or solution. They also deal directly with the member, which takes the burden off of me having to be the 'middle man' between the carrier and the member. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about League? I am currently unable to easily report on member changes in coverage, eg from family to single or vice versa. LTD claim made easy, name changes made easy, waiting period being in force when it should be waived, all handled immediately and with care. The challenges are fun and keep you engaged. A couple of times when I tried to buy a service via the marketplace, the app was not able to complete the transaction as well as when I actually phoned the retail business on the offer, they said they don't work with League anymore.
