What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you? The idea of "one size fits all" in the insurance world is no longer relevant. With other benefit packages, they offer maximum amounts for a number of health coverage, however, many may not apply to certain individuals. As a new hire in my first professional job having had no experience with dealing with benefits, League makes it very easy to make claims! No to mention, they have an outstanding customer service team that is ready to answer any questions you may have. All I have to do is open the live chat and one of their agents responds. There is no hassle at all. In addition, it is also very easy to use the app as well as visually appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about League? Sometimes, there are new slight tweaks to my benefits coverage that I do not know about. I think it would be helpful if the app was able to notify me when I am covered for something new or when I am no longer covered for certain things. It is just less hassle to keep checking. When I have an issue with benefits, I do not have to go to my employer for questions, I can just ask one of the live agents. They are very quick as well and give you notifications when your claim has gone through, so I never have to worry about whether my claim was processed or not.
