What do you dislike about League? -Many items on the to-do list for improvement -Lots of new features, but still need to figure out the basics/fundamentals → need to set on priorities instead of the “nice to have” features (i.e., plan sponsor improvements) -The length of time some things take - integration changes as an example Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you? -Looking to add basic functionality from a benefits admin/plan sponsor perspective (i.e., showing annual amounts for STD/LTD for new hires) -More details on League “wish-list” → planning to revisit with League post-OE -Pop-up’s prompts during the benefits enrolment process to better support integration with Desjardins/RRSP, Sun Life, etc -Automation of manual processes → invoicing/billing, leave returns, flex perks allocations for folks who return from leave -Requested if we can track “historical changes” so we can backtrack and see what/when changes were made -Enhancing beneficiary digital forms to track historical and irrevocable designations. It's incredibly user-friendly to set up and for employees to use. As a smaller business owner without a huge HR infrastructure required yet at this stage, it's a invaluable to have this turn-key service that truly operates as an extension to our business. Some abilities that should be able to be handled by the admin (adjusting allocations on different employees, for example) have to go through League Support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
