LeafyWings Medix helps clinics in India run the whole patient visit without paper registers or a separate billing tool. The front desk books appointments by phone, for walk-ins or through the online patient portal, and patients wait their turn on a token queue board instead of crowding the reception. When the patient comes in, the doctor sees their history, records consultation notes and writes a digital prescription ready to print. Billing follows straight from the visit: GST-ready invoices, payments, refunds and reschedules are handled on the same screen, and patient follow-ups help bring people back on time. Medix is built for single-doctor practices as well as multi-doctor clinics and small chains. Owners can add doctors and branches, give each staff member only the access they need, and track appointments and collections on a live dashboard with ready-made reports. Clinics that offer remote care can run video consultations, and appointments can sync with Google Calendar. Patient data is handled with care. Each clinic’s data sits in its own isolated database, sign-ins can be protected with multi-factor authentication, and important actions are recorded in an audit log. There is no cap on the number of patients or appointments. Because Medix runs in the browser, there is nothing to install and it works on any laptop or desktop in the clinic. Pricing is per doctor and starts at Rs 292 a month on the Starter plan (2-year term); the token queue, video consultations and Google Calendar sync are part of the Growth and Clinic Pro plans.
