LeadToScope helps homeowners prepare photos, priorities, inspiration and open questions before a residential remodeler visit. Homeowners create, own and review their Project File for free, then approve the version they want to share and choose which contractors receive it. Contractors can request a file from a homeowner they already know or open an independently prepared file shared with them. Contractor access uses one-time credits: $100 for one credit or $450 for five. A request reserves one credit, used when the homeowner approves and shares; opening an independently prepared shared file uses one credit.
