What is LeadsRx?

LeadsRx is a SaaS platform that helps brands and agencies understand the performance of marketing budgets and marketing campaigns. LeadsRx is a SaaS marketing attribution solution that helps marketers connect the dots between online and offline programs and customer acquisition events, it tracks customer journeys to better understand the mix of marketing programs that drive revenue that eliminate wasted ad spend, improve conversions, and improve overall Return On Advertising Spend (ROAS).

How do you position yourself against your competitors?

LeadsRx provides its own pixel that collects first-party data for every visitor to your website. Once installed, the LeadsRx pixel begins immediately learning about your marketing programs and automatically completes much of the set-up process. Compared to other vendors, LeadsRx onboards new clients in days instead of weeks.

The LeadsRx solution includes a built-in identity graph with more than 1.6 billion identities collected. This information is automatically applied to each conversion resulting in a more accurate customer journey map than from other competitors. This accuracy helps marketers make better decisions about how they allocate their marketing spend.

What do you like best?

I liked how it was able to show web lift and prove to the client that their radio campaign is increasing awareness of their brand and services. I was able to have conversations with clients that I could not have before because we did not have proof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Wasn't able to pull LIVE mentions. If a radio personality wanted to talk about the clients service or if the client sponsored a segment those LIVE reads did not count towards their mentions and web lift. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

When selling radio advertising the main issue with most clients is show me how I am getting a return on my investment. LeadsRx is a program that allowed us to show how their campaign is working for them. Especially when we showed them weeks they were off radio their web visits were down compared to weeks they were on radio. What do you like best?

The ease with which I can design and carry out my digital marketing campaigns is simply impressive, the fact that its interface has a 100% responsive and intuitive design at all times is something that I also like a lot about this application, the ease and the simplicity with which I can perform all my marketing tasks turns out to be something quite useful and practical, especially when I need to design and propose strategies for my social networks and web pages, the fact that it is a paid application, but that can be easily adapted to your I consider that budget is a great point in its favor, since it is not like other applications that force you to cancel exorbitant sums for functions that you will not use. What do you dislike?

Sending notifications by email is somewhat excessive, daily I receive more than 10 emails with notifications from LeadsRx, it is something really frustrating and that to date I have not managed to change this setting to prevent emails from continuing to arrive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has been quite practical for me to achieve in a much simpler and more practical way the automation and management tasks of my digital marketing campaigns in a much faster, safer and more practical way, which has allowed me to improve a large number of processes within my company, not to mention that it has allowed me to greatly enhance my digital marketing campaigns in a quite impressive way without the need to resort to complex applications to achieve this task. What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Requires external connection to Google and/or Adobe, which means it is dependent on tools that can be changed. This became apparent when Google updated Google Analytics to V4.0 from UA and some clients were no longer able to use it (due to changes by Google) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

There really isn't a downside, other than it has limited usefulness with campaigns that don't have a strong call to action to visit the client's website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use it with all of your campaigns, if only to get insights as to the effectiveness of your different creatives. For example, I discovered that :30 ads were more effective in generating web visits than :15s. Also that a second week of ads wasn't as effective as the first. What do you like best?

Its very simple to use. The reports that are generated have valuable information to share with the client...almost like results of the campaign. the loading and process can be long. Also loading the campaign dates, you have to continually move to future dates in the edit campaign section. Also the reports can get lengthy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I have a deep appreciation for this platform, which I describe as Google Analytics on steroids. The customer / Sales side is very helpful for on boarding as needed for the goals you wish to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

With the cost, comes the manual implementation of much of the tracking, and unless you are implementing it correctly could get some false readings. Otherwise however it is a robust platform for capturing as much conversion data as you would like to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Attribution, for online donations - it is easy to see the high level view, however when refining on what has worked and really planning for a 360 touch point on marketing strategy it is great to finally get a hold of the multi-touch attribution.
