LeadSquared Mobile is our mobile CRM application, available on both Android and iOS, which we built to extend core CRM functionality to field-based and on-the-go sales and service teams. We designed it less as a scaled-down companion app and more as a dedicated tool for employees who spend most of their time outside an office — field sales reps, collection agents, relationship managers, and similar roles. Through our app, field staff can access lead and customer records, task lists, and activity history from their phone, and log calls, update statuses, and add meeting notes directly from the field rather than waiting to return to a desktop. We've built in offline functionality, syncing data automatically once a device regains network access, which we designed for reps working in low-connectivity areas. A significant part of our app is oriented around managing distributed field teams. We can automatically assign leads to reps based on defined sales territories or pin codes, send automated "beat plans" that lay out a rep's meetings and optimal travel route for the day, and use geofencing and GPS tracking to verify that check-ins and meetings actually took place at the claimed location. Reps can check in and out automatically, scan or upload documents on-site, and receive nearby lead recommendations based on their current location. For managers, we support monitoring attendance, tracking targets versus actual performance, and reviewing metrics like distance traveled and meetings completed. We cite use cases spanning door-to-door retail sales, merchant onboarding, field surveys, and relationship management in sectors like BFSI and healthcare. We don't sell the mobile app as a fully separate product line — we bundle it as a component of our Sales CRM and Lending CRM offerings rather than requiring a distinct license, and its feature set overlaps with capabilities we describe on those product pages. There is no dependency on anyone to allocate leads to the teams. The automation available is also very user friendly allowing clients to create and change the logic of allocation as per requirement. Unless reports and dashboards section is improved, clients can not make use of the CRM effectively to gain insights about the performance of their marketing and sales teams. Permission layers (classifying users based on levels of authorization) are limited to 2-3. (sales user and sales manager, with specific access types such as view only and view and edit), Customizations at user levels can be improved. Advanced filters have only OR option and AND options.
