At its core, we handle lead capture from various sources — website forms, landing pages, chat, phone calls, ads, and email — and consolidate this into a single record per prospect. Marketers using our platform can segment these leads based on demographic data, behavior, product interest, or any other custom criteria, and build targeted communication flows around those segments. We include a drag-and-drop builder for creating landing pages, web forms, and email templates without needing developer support, along with tools for setting up automated drip campaigns, autoresponders, and triggered messages.
