We built it to help marketing teams capture, nurture, and convert leads across multiple channels from a single system, and to work in tandem with our Sales CRM, so that lead data our marketing tools capture flows directly into the sales pipeline without manual handoffs between teams. At its core, we handle lead capture from various sources — website forms, landing pages, chat, phone calls, ads, and email — and consolidate this into a single record per prospect. Marketers using our platform can segment these leads based on demographic data, behavior, product interest, or any other custom criteria, and build targeted communication flows around those segments. We include a drag-and-drop builder for creating landing pages, web forms, and email templates without needing developer support, along with tools for setting up automated drip campaigns, autoresponders, and triggered messages. We support sending communication across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and remarketing channels like Facebook and Google Ads, and we track all activity back to the individual lead's profile — page views, campaign interactions, ad clicks — which teams can use to gauge intent, identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and adjust follow-up messaging accordingly. We also offer a component for below-the-line (BTL) or offline campaign management, letting field teams create and run on-ground campaigns, capture leads via our mobile app with OTP verification, and measure campaign ROI. I have used Hubspot, Zoho CRM before using Leadsquared. UI is the worst also they even don't have basic funcionality of Lead Merger etc. The team take weeks to get even small reports and they don't allow us to create those minor change which other CRMs do. In terms of Pricing they start with cheaper compare to others but they keep adding small pricing on top of it every now and then for minor changes in flow etc Which again other CRMs doesn't do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I have used the Leadsquare for more than 1year the features are really good. We can update our calling activity , Chat Activity,Create notes. If we want to follow our lead we can also create a task and we can followup. We can send mail through leadsquare and we can track the mail. We can save our content mail which you want to send in Email library and you can send the mail. It consists of life cycle stage .Lead status , complete lead details will be available. Smart views where you can view your lead details , You can also quick filter the lead status and life cycle stage. There is no dislike in this tool since it is really good and but one thing if there is a calling which we can make directly through leadsquare it would be helpful so if we make a call directly through leadsquare we can have a recording also since every time we are dealing with lots of customer so according to there is dialing options where we can call directly towards leadsquare it would be good.
