LeadSimple has helped us build a consistent, trackable workflow for our property management operations. The automation tools and task management features have saved us time and improved team accountability. There are a few minor quirks—occasional delays in syncing or small UI challenges—but we’ve seen steady updates and improvements over time. Process Consistency: It allows us to standardize our leasing, move-in, move-out, and communication workflows, so nothing falls through the cracks. Accountability: Tasks are assigned, tracked, and followed up automatically, which keeps the whole team aligned and reduces missed steps. Follow-Up & Communication: Automated reminders and email templates ensure timely follow-up with leads, tenants, and owners. Visibility: We now have a clear, real-time view into where things stand across all units, applicants, and resident touchpoints. I wouldn't know where to start with keeping track of lead gen if it weren't for LS. The pipeline and processes are so easy to implement with the support of the library and LS staffing. LeadSimple allows you to completely customize the process flow to fit your organization. It's extremely user friendly and can easily be tweaked. The automation gives your team hands off abilities to continue the process without having to manage every detail. Customer service is great and always willing to help you set up! We like the basic CRM functionality, automation and processes. We really appreciate the integration with Appfolio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about LeadSimple? From a product standpoint, it's pretty limiting, requiring us to work around flows. A couple of examples: Within processes, we can't follow a task with another when the first is completed (we have to keep adding tasks, checking if it's been completed), we cannot automate emails or texts unless they are templates, etc. We really like LeadSimple and hope that product updates will make good software even better.
