Also can be used as a check list for some processes. **What do you dislike about LeadSimple?** Leadsimple's functions are very limited... For me as a user in the Accounting perspective, it doesn't really assist in the process itself, can even be redundant having to go through Leadsimple then the actual process. **What problems is LeadSimple solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a sales CRM and Operations management platform so it assists in that aspect as well as lead management.
