**What do you like best about LeadPost?**

We’ve been using Leadpost at Elliott Beach Rentals to enhance our marketing capabilities, and the results have been fantastic. The platform’s ability to identify and engage with potential guests who visit our website has given us a powerful new way to connect with travelers we might have otherwise missed.

Implementation was straightforward, and their support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to helping us succeed. The data we’ve gained is accurate and actionable, allowing us to fine-tune our campaigns for higher conversion rates.

Leadpost has not only improved our outreach but also provided clear ROI through increased bookings and stronger guest engagement. For any property management company looking to grow their business and make the most of their website traffic, Leadpost is a smart, effective solution.

**What do you dislike about LeadPost?**

It was a little unfriendly to a new user and being able to narrow the traffic down to a single page, seemed impossible when added the code via GTM or to the header of the site. We are still working to improve this as we are new to the platform.

Visitors who do not fill out our online form on the landing page.

I like how easy LeadPost is to use. The support is fantastic, they're always there to help us, especially if we need assistance with a client. It's been providing a lot of great information.

It’s great. And it has a fantastic price point compared to other companies in the market.

LeadPost helps our clients and our company to find anonymous visitors of their website and bring more leads from those who don't fill out any forms. We are confident that people don’t land on their website mistakenly so it hurls to open does to new types to clients for them as well.

**What do you like best about LeadPost?**

LeadPost gives us an incredible competitive edge by revealing exactly who is visiting our website — including names, emails, job titles, LinkedIn profiles, and company details. It turns anonymous traffic into actionable leads. The platform is intuitive, the data is impressively accurate, and it integrates smoothly with our sales and marketing workflows. It’s like having a secret weapon for outbound prospecting and retargeting. We’ve never had this level of visibility before, and it’s been a game-changer for our pipeline.

**What do you dislike about LeadPost?**

While LeadPost is a powerful tool, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. It doesn’t provide phone numbers for the identified visitors, which would make outreach even more effective. Also, it would be helpful to see the exact time each visitor was on the site to better align follow-up efforts or match behavior to specific campaigns. That said, the core data is still extremely valuable, and we’re hopeful these features might be added in the future.

**What problems is LeadPost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadPost is solving one of the biggest challenges in digital marketing: identifying and engaging anonymous website visitors. Before LeadPost, we had no way of knowing who was checking out our site unless they filled out a form — and most people don’t. Now, we’re able to capture detailed lead information without relying on form submissions. This has drastically improved our outbound sales efforts, shortened our response time to high-intent prospects, and allowed our marketing team to better attribute campaign performance. It’s turning passive interest into real opportunities and helping us maximize ROI from our website traffic.

**What do you like best about LeadPost?**

I researched a handful of third-party tracking pixels to get the B2B visitor data for our website. LeadPost was the only product to provide the most contact information available on an identified user, especially in the B2B space. With our sales process, it matters to know the name and info of the site visitor, not just the industry or company in general.

We had an issue with the WP plugin not working, but customer support was able to get on a meeting with us quickly and resolved our connection issue.

LeadPost has been a helpful marketing tool. Very easy to use and set up. Hopefully, we can start to use the retargeting features in the future.

**What do you dislike about LeadPost?**

Unfortunately, LeadPost does not directly integrate with PipeDrive, our CRM. We set up manual reports to be emailed, but we still have the extra step of importing LP data into our CRM.

**What problems is LeadPost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are allowing us to collect our visitor data and be able to own that data. We need to contact our leads multiple times and this helps us identify more interested parties.

How fast it was to set up and how well it is working. Works super well with Salesforce too. We definitely use it daily and their customer support has been amazing so far.

Would be great to have email campaigns integrated in there as well so it can be more of an all in one tool.

We don't have a ton of inbound leads, so having direction on who is visiting our website helps our outreach a lot.

The ease of use - I can set up and edit accounts all on my own (after a quick tutorial via email). Support is always very responsive when I need anything. Integrating with HighLevel and Facebook was simple.

**What do you dislike about LeadPost?**

I wish you could have B2B and B2C contacts on the same account. I wish you could edit the integrations, for instance if I just want to update the tag going into HighLevel I have to disconnect and reconnect versus just editing the tag.

We are getting high traffic and low leads - LeadPost is allowing us to identify and retarget those visitors that we would otherwise miss out on.

The product itself has been great so far! It's easy to use and works wonders. But what I like most is the customer service and attention to detail. They are quick to respond, friendly, and I can tell they care about providing excellence.

There are no downsides that I see at this point.

It has made our ad spend more useful by capturing the anonymous user's contact info. Being able to show our clients that we got them 5,000 extra email contacts in a few weeks is a great thing to showcase.

The customer support is beyond amazing. They are very responsive and thorough. I also love how easy it is to use - very intuitive. Once I set up one campaign, it was very simple to copy the other ones over and tweak the settings. It was also a one-step process to integrate with GoHighLevel.

If you have a limited geo and limited traffic, capturing a good number of leads can be a challenge.

It's identifying people in our geo who are interested in specific services. We can then send those interests specific emails around said services.

I like receiving daily downloads of the potential customers that are visiting my website. If I didn't have LeadPost, I would miss out on so many warm/hot leads. I'm glad I discovered this tool.

It's a bit on the expensive side for me, someone who is a single person LLC; however, I do believe that eventually the tool will more than pay for itself.

With the use of LeadPost we are able to capture the realtime data from our websites and use those data for marketing purpose for making new leads. Their ease to use integration gives best and reliable user interface and great user support.

I have yet to find another company to do this for the same price and with a self serve option.

**What do you dislike about LeadPost?**

Billing is hard to understand and follow. When we get billed, it's one lump cost and hard to see what client ran what without pulling a few reports

We are able to send out direct mailers to those who have made it to the site at a pennies compaired to your traditional direct mailers. We also are able to capture active users to add to our CRM database.

Simple setup and the option to retarget and build audiences is super valuable.

**What do you dislike about LeadPost?**

The higher plan is a bit pricey but compared to Lead Forensics is much cheaper with several more features.

**What problems is LeadPost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visitor ID and reverse lookup is somewhat basic, LeadPost includes additional information you wouldnt get by looking at your website logs. They have some features that help identifty possible contacts at the company. Biggest problem is a good option thats much more affordable than a solution like Lead Forensics.

We have just started using Leadpost, but our favorite parts of the service are the ease of use and implementation, and the simple but effective white-labeling solution.

So far there is nothing that we truly dislike about LeadPost, the only comment I would make is that I wish there were more customizing solutions for the white-labeling.

It is providing us with leads that are visiting our websites that we would otherwise miss because they did not fill out a contact form or otherwise communicate to us.
