The tool was going through substantial changes at the time I was initially using it. They immediately issued me a refund, and the CEO offered to onboard me personally. I will update my review again after rertrying the product. I am very hopeful that the tool fulfills the potential it has. The company's pro-active and very responsive actions to my initial comments has been very impressive. **What do you dislike about Leadpipe?** To be determined after further use.
