LeadMove is a lead distribution platform for the people who sell leads: agencies, brokers, aggregators and publishers routing one lead flow to several buyers in insurance, solar, mortgage and home services. Leads arrive by webhook, CSV import or manual entry. Every lead is checked against your field schema, deduplicated, scored from 0 to 100, graded A to D, then routed to the buyer your rules select and delivered in under a second. Routing is where the work happens. You build rules on any field you collect, plus the quality score and grade, with 15+ operators and AND/OR groups. Buyers sit in tiers so tier 1 is tried first and a backfill tier catches what falls through. Distribution can be exclusive or shared, with equal or weighted draws. Each buyer carries daily, weekly and monthly caps, operating hours with a hold-or-skip choice, a base price and conditional price rules that pay more for an A grade or a given state. Buyers on prepaid balance stop receiving leads when the balance runs out, at the threshold you set. A hold-for-review gate lets you approve leads by hand before they go out, with a timed auto-release so nothing sits forever. When a lead does not land where you expected, the in-app AI assistant reads the routing trace and tells you which rule matched, which buyer was skipped and whether a cap or an operating window blocked it. Delivery goes out by webhook with custom headers, field transforms and body templates, by email, to Google Sheets, or by SMS through your own Twilio account. Any system that accepts an HTTP POST can receive leads, including HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel and custom endpoints. Failed deliveries retry with exponential backoff and a per-buyer circuit breaker keeps one broken endpoint from slowing the rest. Your buyers get their own portal to see the leads you delivered and file disputes against them, with a lead-by-lead audit trail on your side and credits when you accept a dispute. Pricing is published: 149, 299 or 499 dollars a month, every feature on every plan, no setup fee, and a 14-day free trial you start without a sales call. Most first pipelines are live in about 15 minutes.
