I've had some difficulties with the embedded calendar link's tracking. For example, some more common schedulers have a lot of user-built tracking codes etc to help with it, so this was lacking for Leadmonk (understandably). I contacted the support on it and they developed the code for me really fast, so they're truly there for the customer. Makes me happy to continue with them rather than some other scheduler. For me, ease of use is key - both for me and my customer. Leadmonk was simple to set up, and the control panel is intuitive to navigate. Because I travel to my clients, having the buffer feature allowing travel time between appointments makes a huge difference. Embedding the widget on my site was a simple copy-paste, which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I had to nitpick, I'd say my one complaint is that available appointment days are highlighted in grey, which has made some clients think those were greyed-out days, not available days. I added a note in the appointment description to help them overcome the confusion, but a more welcoming color for availability would be more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Leadmonk solved a very specific use-case for the Rize community which would have taken us ages to build as a product feature. And even then it might not be as seamless an integration as the experience offered to us by Leadmonk.
Mentors are onboarded in 5 minutes or less. All the mentors are listed on a single page, and community members can simply block 1-on-1 time. We can even include questions to help the mentors understand the context of the meeting beforehand.

While it is already quite flexible in terms of customisation, it would be good to have even more visual design & layout options to help truly represent the brand.
Another aspect I would love to see in future versions of the product is reliable security. If there was a sure-fire way to restrict who can access calendar links, this would elevate it's potential to another level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Responsive customer service. If I had a question, it was answered pretty promptly.
I like that I can set up Routers and install them myself without needing to rely on customer service. This was not the case with one of the competitors we tried (Klenty's Schedule IQ). They had good customer service too, but not being able to create and install a router without their help was a deal-breaker for us.
I also like that I can be the owner of the Leadmonk account and manage the Routers without costing us a user seat.
Finally, I like that Leadmonk doesn't charge additional platform fees like Chili Piper, which was too expensive for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would prefer it if we could just pay for the routing functionality. We don't really need the other Calendly-like individual meeting booking/scheduling features, which we already get as part of our Google Workspace subscription.
Otherwise, I don't really have any complaints. With the new visual workflow display, it's easier to create a Router and understand how all the pieces fit together in the logic.
I guess if I had something on my wishlist for the amount we're paying per user: it'd be great if each user could have multiple display emails and if we could brand each router individually. Leadmonk is priced fairly compared to Chilipiper's pricing. I was looking for alternative solutions that I could implement for my company with 5 sales reps. Leadmonk had all the functionality that I required and worked flawlessly. I would say the UX was a little more friendlier than Chilipipers which has a longer learning curve. Their packages are really good. And their customer service is excellent. Whenever we needed to solve specific issues, such as integrating SMTP emails, we reached out to them, and Naveen helped us out within no time. They are cost effective and optimized features, definitely help my team, which is an asset for us to be efficient, and also for the team and their clients, it’s user friendly and pretty intuitive. Probably one of the more feature-rich scheduling platforms available. Creating teams and setting them up for success is a smooth and easy process. Integrates with the top CRMs and makes that flow easy. Can easily integrate with other tools via API or quick campaign links. When I signed in to Leadmonk, I immediately noticed a booking calendar with a minimalistic design that was pleasing to the eye. There wasn't a lot of information thrown at my face.
